“My CR-V died during the big freeze a couple weeks ago. I was set up with Heston through AAA and, understandably, they were slammed all day. I waited for a long time, but was thankfully at home and in no true emergency; I understand there were more important and pressing matters than me! However, it was totally worth the wait. A very kind gentleman with the company helped me out. He was extremely professional, kind, patient, and didn't seem to mind me hovering around while I didn't know what to do with myself. It was impressive watching him get my car up on the bed of his truck all on his own, especially with the angles he had to work with. He got my car to the mechanic no problem and again, was patient with me being antsy. I wish I got his name, but hope this review gets to him and shows how much he is appreciated. Thank you!!”

“This shop is very upfront and honest when it comes to repairs. They perform a full inspection, provide pictures and then grade what needs to be done and what can wait a bit. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for continued maintenance. Side bonus, they have loaner cars for you to use while they have your vehicle at no charge, this was very beneficial for me so I could work while repairs where performed.Services: Transmission”

“Fabulous! Went in with catalytic converter issue. Karl provided clear information about my options. Helped me understand the car process and answered every question with a smile. Feeling no pressure, I chose to get a diagnostic which gave clear direction as to the exact converter having issues. Instead of changing all 3, which had been advised by 2 prior mechanics, only 1 needed to be replaced, saving about $3,000. He kept his word of communicating throughout the process and met all schedules. The hourly rate is a little high, but the quality of service was well worth it. I have found a trusted, honest mechanic. They are hard to find. Thank you so much!”

“When calling around it was difficult to find someone able to help with my issue while stuck on the highway with a flat. When calling here, I immediately felt my issue was a concern of his own.
