“Genoa is one of those friendly pharmacies that the staff know you by your voice and help you to understand the right medication and their interactions.I like that I can phone them up and request anything I am running out of and I usually get it in the mail with in a day.Excellent pharmacy. The staff actually take the time to know you. They will do pill packs if you want them.”

“The Fred Meyer pharmacy in Auburn is always very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I fill my meds there every month and always get good service.
Today, I got out of surgery, and the doctor had just sent over my post-surgical antibiotic to the Fred Meyer pharmacy in Auburn. There was about a 45 minute wait at the time we showed up to pick it up. I told the pharmacist the situation and they said they would try to get it done sooner. My mom went in to pick it up, and it was ready in just 5 minutes. Excellent service, as usual.”
“I love most of the employees there. They have given me understanding, willing to help me in any way possible, so much care, and tell me whenever meds don't match together. Honestly, the only time I have had any unsavory experience is when new some people have started and didn't know the hang of things.”

The staff here is nice, helpful and really provided good customer service. They are quicker on refills also! I started coming to this store about 4 months ago and have been surprised about the consistently good service at the pharmacy. The rest of the store seems to struggle with stock, staffing, etc., but I don't really shop and the pharmacy has been great!”

“I have been going to this pharmacy every month , sometimes twice a month for 6 years straight now to pickup my medications and couldn't be happier with the treatment I recieve. I commute a 1hr round trip just to go to this location because they treat me so good. The pharmacy staff at this location is kind and respectful , always willing to do what they can to help ,esspecially if your a regular repeat customer and are kind to them. These pharmacists deal with rude angry customers all day everyday and iv seen it first hand many times while in line waiting. People leaving low reveiws need to remember we are all human and when you have to deal with bad angry rude customers most of the day about an intense sensitive item like meds and or deal with the rift raft thieves / bad people in auburn coming into the store harrassing them 24/7 you wouldn't be chipper all the time either. People commenting about medications not being available is not the pharmacists fault and a phone call ahead of time like I do goes a long way for them to insure they are prepared to fill your meds and or give you the correct information reguarding your particle prescription situation. The only downside to this pharmacy is the location, it's one of the worst safeways and has constant problems in the parking lot due to thieves , homeless people and drug addicts always lurking and hanging outside. If you can look past the bad location like myself and become a regular here I can assure you the kind staff will take care of you. 5 stars from me for the pharmacy staff, 1 star for the stores location . I grew up in the auburn area and unfortunately since I moved in 2013 it's gone way down hill in certain areas of the city.”
“I have been going to Dr. Santos for years. I am 72 years old and he is one of he best doctors I've had as a primary care physician. He listens, responds to emails, and is very knowledgeable. My prescriptions are always up to date and filled on time. I would highly recommend him”
