I'm not into glam and glitz. When we picked up the finished ring, it was even more beautiful than I imagined when they showed us the mock up. The young person at the window checked me in quickly, and the doctor who administered my vaccine was both prompt and gentle. They worked tirelessly while answering calls, filling prescriptions at the drive-up window, and checking in vaccination patients. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to providing excellent service. Kudos to the amazing pharmacy staff.”

But I want to give special recognition to Ellen. She has helped me several times and has always done an excellent job. I've meant to comment online before, but never got it done. Tell you what, Ellen always gets the job done in a very thorough but cautious manner. She gets five stars by me!”

“Pharmacist Keith is amazing. I have been coming to this Safeway for years and always have excellent service in the pharmacy. I was in recently and was talking to Keith about the government shutdown. When I came in there to pick up some meds today I had a Safeway gift card waiting with my medicine from Keith saying he was sorry for the shutdown. I didn't expect this but appreciate it do much. Keith is an amazing person!! Thank you Keith. When I go back to work I plan to pay it forward!”

“Our recent order for delivery by "Instacart" from Fred Meyer in Kent, went wrong in every way possible. Caused by poor delivery service from instacart, our order was never delivered or delivered to the wrong address. So, I re-ordered, and delivery was scheduled for 10 AM. By 1:00 Pm the second order had not appeared, so I went to the Fred Meyer store to register a complaint and or get my money back. Th manager was sympathetic but was unable to help and I don't know why and went home only to find my order had been delivered four hours late. As I looked int my checking account and to my surprise, I had paid for two orders from Fred Meyer; adding insult to a bad experience with Instacart. I had to change my credit card to avoid further theft. Today, my account has been refunded to the amount paid for groceries never received and with to thank Fred Meyer's honesty, never again will we use or recommend INSTACART! Four stars are for Fred Meyer and thank you.”

“I’d been a Bartells customer until they closed recently and I did have a slow start with this location on my first refill and after my Bartells fiascos I overreacted in my initial review since deleted.I have refilled a few more prescriptions at the Kent location on 256th and have been very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and quality service of the staff. The drive through is very handy too. I realize there are a tremendous amount of refills that get processed daily so having to wait on occasion is understandable especially with other pharmacies closing nearby.Keep up the good work .
