“Expensive nasal spray came in a bottle with a non-operable spray cap. Wasted most of the contents trying to get them out.Very disappointing after years of excellent compounding experiences.The company has offered me a discount on a refill and an extra, probably non-operable cap (since they don’t plan to get different ones) My plan is to immediately transfer the contents to a commercial bottle with a spray cap that functions and keep right on relying on Key pharmacy for its excellent compounding.”

She calls me immediately anytime there is a question or when my prescription is ready. “Our pharmacy we go to is not open on the weekends so I had to go here a couple of times for urgent medications.Working in the field many moons ago I must say I was very impressed how they took care of us. “I just want to acknowledge the pharmacist Ben of how great of a job he’s done. I’ve gone a couple of times to pick up medications during the weekend and he’s running everything solo. ( I don’t condone CVS for overworking their employee ) he was there all day doing the job of at least 3-4 people all by himself and while I did wait a long time to pick up my medications I just want to say how much I appreciate him for doing everything and still having a positive attitude while doing so. 5 stars are for Ben 0 for CVS.”

“I usually go to Walgreens but they don't have the moderna covid vaccine. My search led me to this small Pharmacy and everyone there is a very polite, helpful and friendly. I didn't have to go online to schedule an appointment. Or stand in any long waiting line. A really overall pleasant experience at this Pharmacy each time I've gone there. One time they couldn't help me right away but they sent me to another close by place who could.”

“I love Fred Meyers Jewelers and my husband and I get into real trouble in the clearance section pretty regularly! The staff behind the counter are exceptional whether you're buying something extremely economical or priced in the thousands. The quality of the pieces I've purchased have always been great! The lifetime warranty has always been a lifesaver especially if you lose a diamond. Even one of the small ones are expensive to replace. The up front cost is nominal as compared to the price of sizing and/or repair. Given that I am a size 10 and most rings come in a 7, everything I buy has to be sized. This service pays for itself with the first sizing The other fantastic service I use regularly is their layaway. Lifesaver! Especially around birthdays and holidays! Watch their ads as those have some amazing deals especially around the holidays. Keep your eye on the clearance. There are always great deals there as well. Happy hunting.??”

“I recently had to switch pharmacies due to Fred Meyer no longer taking my prescription insurance. Both times I've been to this Walmart location, the people have been very friendly, and helpful. Believe me, the wait times for prescriptions at any pharmacy are going to be 45 minutes or longer. Fred Meyer was no better, most of the time even longer than that. So if you're complaint is that you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for your prescription... In my experience that is completely normal for any pharmacy.”

“I had a nice experience and I wanted to commend the gentleman stocking by the alternative milks on 9/6 @ approx. 11:45 am. I forgot to get his name. But I had completed my shopping and got all the way to the car when I remembered I'd forgotten the oat milk. Which was one of the main items I came for. When I got to the dairy section the brand we like was out. I was just going to grab something else when this nice gentleman asked if he could help me find something. I told him what I was looking for and he went into the back and found me a bottle! This isn't a big deal to some people but I am heavily pregnant and I was already annoyed that I had to go all the way back into the store because of my forgetfulness, and the thought of having to go to another store in the middle of a work day was frustrating. So thank you for saving me an additional trip! Thank you for asking if I need assistance.”

“I just scrolled through and read all the reviews for this Rite Aid and I have to say that I actually don't agree with most of them. Granted, I'm basing this on my one and only experience here, but hey-it was pretty darn good, y'all! I mean, I came an hour before they closed (not on purpose necessarily, I'd went to another location closest to my home thinking that's where my doc had sent my script...only to find out that I was indeed wrong in my assumption, and should go to other locations and see if I had better luck. And frankly, THAT location was ridiculous and I've been there more than once. You wanna talk about rude employees, profiling, being followed, wrongly targeted for possible theft for absolutely NO REASON WHATSOEVER (), completely ignoring you when you're clearly waiting patiently for help at the pharmacy, being talked badly about for again no reason at all and you can CLEARLY hear what is being said, inappropriately and unprofessionally acting personnel with other customers and the conversation being conducted between the two, incompetent and unhelpful, blatantly rude techs and pharmacists who act like you're a complete idiot when you are trying to find out if your script is there, being treated like you're some kind of scum or something for no reason, being told as soon as you walk in (my first experience there) that you're not allowed to have your purse in the store and you'd have to leave it somewhere else to be able to shop there at all, being treated like a shoplifter when you're anything but and it's the first time you've ever even stepped foot in there and have more money than you know what to do with and absolutely NO desire to steal anything from there at all, offensive, rude, insulting, aggressive, confrontational, condescending, ugly, mean, hateful, uneducated, unethical, unprofessional, inhumane, hurtful, ridiculous, atrocious, ludicrous, insensitive, intolerable, insufferable, misguided, miserable, ignorant, embarrassing, horrifying, horrible, terrible awful, bad, bad bad alllllll around in every sense of the way and terms, just an absolute disastrous failure and disappointment of a store. That's the one I'd went to first. I won't mention which one. Not important enough. THIS location though? Even though I'd went in right before closing, I was promptly helped, by a friendly woman at the counter. Gave her my info and she checked with the pharmacist about being able to fill my script. He said yes and to wait and they'd call me. I asked if I could just browse and she said yes and so I did. When it was ready, I'd found a couple things in their amazingly big selection of make up, fully stocked and plentiful which is rare in my opinion (for rite aid particularly)! When I went to pick up the meds it was almost closed, she asked if I wanted to pay for them right there and I said yes and apologized for any inconvenience, she replied with telling me it was fine. Also, while I shopped, I didn't feel uncomfortable because I was followed or watched at all. Because I WASN'T! It was AMAZING. I am ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS followed and treated as a thief and wrongly accused of theft in every store I go in. Literally. It's such a problem I have a suit. It's bad. So I fully expected that kind of experience and was beyond excited to see that I was wrong and I was left alone to shop (AND NOT EFFING STEAL ANYTHING FOR EFFS SAKE! JESUS!! )!! It was so pleasant, so nice, to feel like I wasn't looked at like scum and I guess kinda like...I guess it felt like I was actually being respected as the person that I AM!! And that's sadly not ever the case anymore. I was elated to feel like I was treated appropriately and kindly....I could have hugged those security guards and employees...literally! I left feeling so good, I cried happy tears. When not even an hour before I left another rite aid feeling the exact opposite and crying very VERY different kind of tears and feeling quite opposite of the feel”

“I like Safeway. Sometimes prices are a little high, and they do that switcheroo where if you buy three, you save money but if you buy one, you’re paying a higher price. But that is something that’s practiced in grocery stores. My complaint is the bakery and the bagels. Specifically the cheese bagels. They used to be so soft, pillowy and taste just right, but I haven’t been able to buy any bagels for a while because they’re always burnt and when you toast/heat them the cheese that is on it turns into a shard on the roof of your mouth. Come on Safeway. There is a knob to adjust the temperature, high and low pick one. Thank you. PS. The bagel pictured below is the best one out of the two I did buy”

“I just returned from getting a flu shot. I was appalled at the behavior of some of the folks waiting to get vaccinations. Several people complained on how long they had to wait and berated the team of professionals for the established procedure needed for getting a vaccination. Seriously? This staff works so hard for our health and not one lost patience with those rude people. They remained professional, apologized, and were very competent. One should expect to have to wait during these trying times (process took 30 min.) and appreciate that these employees are trying to do the best they can to serve your needs. Thank you for all at Walmart for their courteous, professional service that you have provided me for the last 10 years. I appreciate you!”

“I was frantically seeking to fill a prescription for my daughter-in-law, who'd been suffering for a week and was anxious to begin this round of antibiotics. Walgreens on Hoyt Rd. in Tacoma had told my deployed son they had these meds (he'd called from the USS Lincoln to check availability for his foreign-born wife). I showed up to find they didn't have it, so I shared my frustration with them and took off for the nearest competitor. The kind pharmacist at CVS in 21st (Store ID #10659) didn't have the meds she needed, but took the time to check his system and found I could get it at the Renton CVS. I made it just before closing time. We're are so grateful!”

“I don't think any of you know the real reason why this pharmacy has such bad ratings. About a year ago they got rid of not only the the pharmacist that had been with then for a LONG time, but they also cut the staff down to 2 people. They get up to 1000 prescriptions a day and they are lucky if they can fill 500. They are doing the best they can, but there is only so much 1 or 2 people can handle. I do sympathize with everyone of you, but the next time you go in there maybe you can show a little kindness. Being kind goes a long way. If you want to complain write to corporate. And no, I don't work for Walgreen's!”
