My daughter and I drove in with a used vehicle from a car lot to see if we could have them do a pre-purchase check. They did not have time for us until the next day, and that didn’t work for us, but Scott was able to look at the transmission to tell us it was definitely not new, as the car lot had stated. Bullet dodged! He took the time to answer questions we had about a potential vehicle, and steered us in the right direction. Even though I live in Olympia, I will look to Cooper’s for my next repair needs.”
