“I didn’t actually have the opportunity to use Cooper’s for a repair, however Scott was extremely helpful. My daughter and I drove in with a used vehicle from a car lot to see if we could have them do a pre-purchase check. They did not have time for us until the next day, and that didn’t work for us, but Scott was able to look at the transmission to tell us it was definitely not new, as the car lot had stated. Bullet dodged! He took the time to answer questions we had about a potential vehicle, and steered us in the right direction. Even though I live in Olympia, I will look to Cooper’s for my next repair needs.”

“It’s a long story, in 2019 a dealership had my truck sent down to them for a warranty repair that turned into a full engine replacement. The owner was amazing to work with and preformed amazing work. Went down to pick my truck up and drove like brand new. Owner only gets new or ultra low mile engines. Warranty company shafted the owner for the rest of the bill, I didnt find out about this tell 2023. Called the owner and talked for a bit and had a great catching up conversation. I will always take my diesel trucks to them even though I don’t live close to the area. The dealership sent my truck with the engine in pieces and they took care of it right away. I apologize about the warranty company shafting you and if I would have known I would have helped fight it.Pleasure to work with and a customer for life!”

“Went in and had them track down a gremlin in the machine, figured it out got it taken care of...Definitely will return if need be...12/30 Recently went in to have bad plugs replaced and another gremlin track down which turned out to be a spark plug wire grounding out against the motor easy find, easy fix, very reasonable and Layla is running like a champ!!!It's also been a minute since I had the radiator flushed so I took it in wham bam thank you ma'am the machine is fine tuned at this point!!I usually do what I can mechanically on, Layla, within my capability and available tools which happens to be quite a lot but I can't do everything...With these guys you CANNOT go wrong!!!”

“I brought my X3 M40i in for an oil change, brake pads, sensors and to clear all these faulty codes BMW has on the hard computer. I am very particular on who gets under my car but these guys did a great job. The computer system was reset and the nav works so much better. Very professional, and upfront with me which I appreciate very much. I was also impressed and very happy when I asked if it was possible to have my Flowmaster Series 10 muffler and exhaust installed and what the price would be. “I took my truck in for a regular oil change and air filter replacement. They got my vehicle in two mornings following my first phone call, and even finished my truck within a few hours of dropping it off.They make use of an online system that gives continuous updates on every single step of the process, and even include photos and videos of the whole process. It also allows the technicians to make specific comments on each step and give general comments on other things. It's incredibly helpful.Finally, I only encountered two people, but those I did encounter were incredibly friendly. The service was top notch.Overall, this was one of the best and seamless encounters I've ever had with an auto shop and places like this deserve as much attention and love as they can get.I couldn't suggest this place more.”

I was referred here by one of the shops that do my other work and was able to get the job done quickly and on time.
