“Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Dawn and Corey. My vehicle locked up on a Sunday and had to be towed to their parking lot, I had not heard of them prior, but insurance said that was the nearest garage; I am glad I went to Autopros instead of the dealership. Monday morning I got the phonecall that they were a bit busy and could try and look at my car by Thursday. They call me later that day and snuck me in and told me the problem, let me know the part that was needed, and that they could get it in in a day or two. After they fixed it, they did a thorough walkaround of the car and found a few other issues the previous owner did not take care of. After another issue came up, they took the car the same day, fixed it by the next day, and even helped me on the labor costs. I will not hesitate to take my car to AutoPros in the future and I appreciate them helping me in my time of need. Thanks!

“Came here on short notice for a tire repair and was in and out about 20 minutes. Very accommodating and efficient. No frills place but they get the job done at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend!”
“I called up and got 3 panes of glass for my kitchen cabinets. Latalia was able to take my measurements over the phone and even provided really helpful advice for this project. She gave me an estimate which I found to be more than reasonable, and took my card over the phone. It was only a day or two later that she called and my glass was ready for pickup. Danny himself brought my order to the counter and again they both provided me with helpful advice to see that I could finish this job successfully.
I can’t think of anything that Danny’s could have done to make my experience any easier. Latalia was really great and very easy to talk to, and again super knowledgeable.
I’m happy to support small, local, and family owned businesses. And I’d recommend you do the same if you need some glass of any kind.

“No one would even touch my early 1971 Bronco when I started looking for a place to strip and paint her. I got crazy estimates from areas businesses from $18,000 to $25,000. Glenn at Coxtons in York County gave me a very reasonable estimate! They only do one or two antiques at a time so I had to wait to get in. Took a little
while but they did a great job. Had some minor issues with the paint cause it was such a big job and Glenn fixed for free. I cannot recommend Coxtons enough. Ask for Glenn !”

“These folks are awesome, we own a local small business (tree service) and we called in a panic thinking we had a major problem, when one of our employees went by there he gave good advice free of charge on replacing a simple hydraulic line. Best believe that’s the true test of integrity and we will be calling them when we need mechanical repair next !”
“I was given a 1997 Chrysler Sebring verti. I wanted it...but I had to have minor work done to it. Things got a little complicated. Not "undoable". Just complicated. The car failed inspection (as I thought it might). One of the failing points was the seatbelt on the passenger side was frozen. It was jammed in such a way that it wouldn't extend or retract. It was the most challenging failing point of the inspection. It was challenging because I could find no one to fix it. I did not want to rig it. I wanted it fixed for real.
I called a shop I had dealt with in the past. They fixed my other car a couple years back. And it stayed fixed. Still being driven by my mom. So I called them. They said as the verti is more than 20 years old, they could not repair it. They suggested SS Auto in Grafton. "They work on vintage cars." What a wonderful and timely recommendation.
SS Auto exceeded my expectations of customer service in their rendering of cordial professionalism and technological know-how. All of my inquiries were answered as we worked together to find the most efficient means to fix the car. As it turned out, I would have to do a little more leg work in getting the seatbelt fixed. Ashly suggested picking up the car to make sure I got the right part that was needed. This part of the journey meant more complications. But I said ok.
But when I got there, THE SEAT BELT WAS FIXED. Wow. They were able to untangle the belt, after all; and it was laying as straight as a flat line. And ... I was not even charged. I was not expecting this. Wow. Still finding that incredible.

“Although they were not able to find the problem with my car they were awesome . They were supposed to get to it on Friday but got to my car 3 days sooner than expected. I had the results in UNDER 24 hours. They chose to not run extensive diagnostics as to NOT incur extra fees for a problem they were not guaranteed to find. EVERYONE is polite and professional. All employees were neat, clean and well groomed. The ENTIRE facility is SPOTLESS (inclusive of the lot).Auto Haus is a class act in every capacity. Steve is AMAZING and thorough as well as explains EVERYTHING with his customers. I didn't purchase my car from them and they still treated me as a VALUED &. RESPECTED customer.
