“Our first experience with Liesl was a result of it being the only open pointe fitting option in the DMV between Christmas and New Years 2022. A very nondescript exterior opened to a very nice dance retail store with a side room for pointe fitting. When entering the room, the owners tag teamed quickly, finding multiple shoe options for a precise foot size through walls of stacked shoe boxes. It was like an Ollivanders wand shop experience for ballet shoes as they walk to an exact shoe brand and size out of a sea of boxes. Such an amazing experience we now spend the extra travel from Arlington to Woodbridge with pleasure. We know we are in good hands, and we know the dance studio will give a perfect fit thumbs up!”

“This is my second time shopping at the Lucky Brand store in Potomac Mills. I went there 2 months ago and nice salesman named Josh helped me out. He was very professional and offered me help without being overbearing. I purchased a few belts and t-shirts that day. Today I walked in and he actually remembered me. His exact words were "its nice seeing you again!" Anyway he made my shopping experience awesome again !! 5 Stars for Josh !! He deserves a raise !!”

“Very clean and organized store. I was the only customer in the store around 7:00pm on a Tuesday and there were two employees just chatting away that offered me no help. I guess they were too busy. This store has most of the latest and original styles of Vans. They also have a clearance section on the back wall that offers anywhere from 20 to 50 percent off. The other thing I notice is that when you go to try on a pair of shoes, the security cord has the shoes tied together so tightly that you can try both shoes on at the same time. You cannot even lace the shoes up because they put the cords through the eyelets.”

“First time visiting this location and from the time I walked in and walked out the manager Hilda was extremely helpful, patient, so so very sweet and friendly. I purchased four pair of shoes and if they didn’t have my size on the floor she went to the back and thoroughly communicated. I’ve been to multiple locations and traveling from out of town this is by far the best location with a variety of shoes available, while also providing quality customer service. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back in the future! “Abosultely love Ann Taylor ! I buy a lot from them. This factory store was especially amazing. they had great discounts and lot of different promotions. I usually good things in clearance but didn't find anything in their clearance lot. However they had good discount 40 percent on the fresh arrivals as well and I totally loved that. The prices in this outlet were lesser than the Ann Taylor factory website which I found amusing. But they don't accept any student discounts.”

I went in with a unique issue that no one from Woodbridge to Lakeridge could fix. I stumbled upon this establishment and Mr. Jim was able to help me. He went above and beyond and even surprised me with a fix to my Varsity Jacket that I wasn’t even expecting. I 100% would go back. Mr. Jim was even kind to my son and we even sat back and talked a little about the world and good times from our separate pasts. I’m only in my early 30’s and I’m aware individual experiences differ person to person but clearly this is not a race issue at this establishment when all races have stated their own comments as well. Thank you for being kind and thank you for going above and beyond to fix my Letterman jacket.”
