“This is my second time shopping at the Lucky Brand store in Potomac Mills. I went there 2 months ago and nice salesman named Josh helped me out. He was very professional and offered me help without being overbearing. I purchased a few belts and t-shirts that day. Today I walked in and he actually remembered me. “Been coming to this location on/ and off for about 10years. Went in last week to browse for sales. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by sales associate, “Racheal.”Racheal helped my scan the in store QR code and I saved over 30% off on my entire purchase that day…I recently came back on Tuesday, to purchase more items and saved another 30% off my purchase.Racheal was there again and she helped me pick out something’s.Exceptional customer service from Racheal and she deserves a raise, plus bonus for going above and beyond her duties.”

“Very clean and organized store. I was the only customer in the store around 7:00pm on a Tuesday and there were two employees just chatting away that offered me no help. I guess they were too busy. This store has most of the latest and original styles of Vans. They also have a clearance section on the back wall that offers anywhere from 20 to 50 percent off. The other thing I notice is that when you go to try on a pair of shoes, the security cord has the shoes tied together so tightly that you can try both shoes on at the same time. You cannot even lace the shoes up because they put the cords through the eyelets.”

Due to an error on my part, a couple items were sent to another location, they were able to tell me which location and provided phone # & address. “So, I don't normally have a reason to shop here as it's for teens and younger adults. HOWEVER, I saw a rock band t-shirt in the window that was a throwback to my younger days. Went in and looked for it but all sold out. I asked sales assoc. If I could buy the one in the window as it was my size. She checked w/ Manager came back and said YES!! She then HAPPILY took it off mannequin and gave it to me. THANK YOU, Yurelli, you made a customer super happy. Most often times a younger sales assoc. would roll their eyes or flat out say no, we're not allowed,...or let me check THEN say no (never really checking.) YURELLI is a GREAT sales associate for Aéropostale went the extra mile for customer AND kept her very happy attitude and smile the whole time.THANK YOU!!! A delight to shop in there today!!!”

“Today I went to Zumiez to get my sister a new board, and the service in this store was outstanding. The manager and coworkers greeted me when I first entered the store. They were beneficial when we got to theskateboard section. The manager explained every type of quality skateboard they had in store and was very patient when I was deciding on the wheels and grip. I was very appreciative when the manager offered to build the skateboard for me at the end, and just the overall experience of this store was impeccable. I will come back here to shopmore.
