“My partner along with I have shopped here for a couple of years. It used to be cramped and crowded before COVID-19 struck. It used to have a lot of name brand merchandise, but this Hot Topic seems to take more requests on Indie artists, which is fine.The employees are nice people, my last visit was January 29th, and it seems like that's when I noticed the drastic difference in the store. Everything was more organized and less cramped than it used to be. My partner along with I joked about how I missed it being more crowded.My only problems were that whenever I called asking about my application or my interview, none of the employees bothered introducing themselves on the phone. I had called multiple times just to check when my interview was, and when I got there it got delayed by thirty minutes. The assistant manager was an enjoyable lady and I felt less nervous around her during the interview. My only issue is the manager had been out during the 29th of January on Maternity leave. I called every week except for the past two weeks of this month, assuming they've hired someone else already.”

“Went here for a suit for my wedding. Staff was very friendly and eagerly helped me with my request. I am picky when it comes to what I like in a suit. They helped my find the right kind of suit for me and it looked amazing. They also offered tailoring which made the suit made look even better.
