If the management at HT on Ferrell reads this, then give that man some praise, he deserves it!”

“BEST PHARMACY ON EARTH WITH ROCK STAR SERVICE!! The level of excellence this pharmacy delivers is unmatched. The owner is always available to answer any of your pharmacy questions. That’s something very rare in today’s World. I have been using this pharmacy now for several years. This week proved why they are the absolute best. I recently changed doctor’s and the Milligram amount of my prescription from the new doctor sent was different. The Owner of Pharmacy Innovations resolved my issue with my Doctor and had the prescription filled before the end of the day. This is amazing service as the prescription had to be compounded. Scott is compassionate and understood how much I needed this prescription to help me walk. Without getting that prescription yesterday, I would have been bed-ridden for the weekend. Scott was beyond helpful. They had to fix another person’s mistake which put more work and expense on their plate and on a super busy Friday before they closed for the weekend. Scott was more than gracious. What he cared about most was making sure I received the right prescription so I could continue walking. In such a busy World today, finding businesses like Pharmacy Innovations is rare. I would give the business MILLIONS OF STARS. And yes Scott, your are a the ROCK STAR of Compounded Pharmacy. “Went grocery shopping at Harris Teeter and bought a large buffalo chicken pizza for $8.99! It was honestly the best pizza we had in VA Beach ... and we have been to Mellow Mushroom and California Pizza Kitchen 2 days before! Employees were nice, store was clean, self-check out was fast and easy. Don't forget to get a VIC card to get discounts and coupons!”

I noticed all the 30 count cupcakes were all white icing with light sprinkles and was hoping for more colorful options like they typically offer. She explained the current available in store options (not special ordered) and most likely saw the huge disappointment on my face. She offered to decorate a set with color, which was done expeditiously. I was absolutely thrilled and touched that she took the time to accommodate me, which was not demanded nor expected. She saw the opportunity to brighten a customer's day and she most definitely did! Kira, is an individual that a business should be very proud and honored to have. She exemplifies how excellent customer service should look. She listened, explained, understood me and made me feel seen and valued as a customer. I truly do appreciate her kindness and time and am very thankful & grateful. :-)Her willingness to help did not go unnoticed. For future reference, I now know to special order if I have my heart set on something colorful, rather than take a risk of possible disappointment. ;-)”
“My experience at this food lion is one to be remembered, I received a ton of help and an employee named Ashton I think was very patient and very kind. Hands down the best and only Food Lion I will be shopping at from now on. The quality was standout and the salad bar was better than some restaurants. Usually i do not go to food lions because they are poorly ran but this one is different and it will have my service for years to come.”

“I came here for the first time today. I didn't know that many places like this one still existed. It's fantastic. It appears to be a family owned pharmacy with a family owned feel. The pharmacist is very kind, and this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. I wish more pharmacies were like this one. I came from Isle of Wight County to get medication for my new baby that wasn't available readily at closer pharmacies, and the experience I had made me want to make the drive this way more often.”

I travel north great neck and south great neck daily and there are only 2 places on south great neck that you can run into quickly for a drink or snack, that's the 711 on corner of great neck and vb Blvd, or this rite aid. All of the other stores and stops are on north great neck side”

“I love this store. I actually pass Kroger to come here because I love it more. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I've had employees take me all over the store looking for a product and then when they realized they didn't have it, they told me where I could go to buy it. My favorite employees are the ones at checkout. Frank is always friendly, as well as Tahquisha. They're both a pleasure to talk to. There's another guy, but I don't remember his name. Then other random employees I see around the store always say hello or good morning and ask me how my day is going. This store has the absolute best customer service. Def my fav neighborhood store.”

“Good selection for one of the warehouse stores and this particular one is usually well stocked and has cheaper gas over the other stores in the region. You can find a multitude of items whether it be items for the home or groceries. Keep in mind that stuff rotates seasonally. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended. Update 8/21/2022: Prices haven't really increased or product size decreased from inflation. Update 5/29/2023: Some prices have lowered from inflation while others have remained steady or increased, such as eggs or meat.”
