The store is always clean, well managed and maintained, and the manager, Jamie, is terrific to work with. “The laundromat is convenient and does the job. A small load is $3.50 and the larger loads are around $7? The smaller loads can fit a whole load snug and washes it well minus large blankets. The large loads can fit 2 large blankets and then some. 15 mins is the max wash cycle and the dryers are fantastic. The dryers can go past 60 mins when inserting coins and it's about 4 mins per quarter. The environment is quiet and busy with others using the laundromat. A lot of regulars come. People are to themselves and most of the time though, there's Noone behind the counter so if you may need assistance, you may want to figure things out yourself or ask a fellow customer. Other than that, it's a solid laundromat.”

“I am traveling for work and wanted to do laundry, I found R&J laundromat, and it had everything I needed. They offer multiple sizes of washers and dryers. An ATM , a coin machine, and a way for you to pay by phone by scanning a QR code. Very convenient. They have a food vending machine as well as vending for laundry detergent. I used the medium-sized washer, and it was $5 for 25 minutes. The dryer is .25 per 5 minutes. I may come do laundry here again before I head back home!”

She is an absolute gift and a literal ray of human sunshine!Also the machines are easy to use and she Janette helped us get some detergent to get us all set. “Very clean and well maintained. You can use a credit card to pay for your washer and drier which I found great because I was not carrying cash on me. Plenty of washers and driers for you to choose from. I went in about a week ago and their only restroom was locked so I had to go to the grocery store next door.”
“My washer broke at my house and I decided to go to do laundry up the street. I met the owner and he pointed me to the machines that he prefers. This place was very clean and organized. The machines worked great and he even gave me some change for my next wash. Very convenient to go to when you need a wash and dry. Overall 10/10 experience. ????”

“If you just just moved to VB or you're not receiving friendly, personal service and you're looking for a new dry cleaning home who proactively communicates with YOU, the Albano on Nimmo is amazing!
We used several other dry cleaners closer to our house when we moved here, with unfortunately negative experiences. For such a seemingly simple event as dry cleaning, it was frustratingly intrusive.
This Albano location is the most convenient to us and once we tried them, we haven't looked back. Coupled with awesome quality dry cleaning, the absolutely incredible customer service will continue to bring us back to this location for the foreseeable future!
They communicate non-invasively to provide receipts and notify us of the status of our dry cleaning - text & email, with no SPAM advertising! It's refreshing to not have to make extra trips or make (unanswered and unreliable) calls to try to hunt down our dry cleaning!
