“Clean and efficient. Only downsides: They have dollar coin laundry machines only, so I would only exchange the exact amount money needed. And their detergent machine is quarter only? Doesn't make any sense when they only give dollar coins ? Other downside: No bathroom. Currently $5 for a medium-sized load which is about average cost and it takes about 30 minutes for a medium size load. Trying is a dollar for every 20 minutes.”

“I love the staff! Everyone is professional and friendly. Great turnaround time. They ask when you bed them back, and will work with that for you. And if there's a problem with your linen weather stain wise or a ripe or burn they will inform you. Their delivery and pickup service is excellent as well.”

“After having sold my house, temporarily renting a property without a washing machine, I've been going to a laundromat for the first time in 49 years. I'm all over Norfolk and VB due to my job, and I have used probably 6 different laundromats since February. This one hands down is the best run. The ladies that supervise are super helpful, friendly and hard working. For example, I was going to put a load of clothes in a dryer when the attendant pointed out a dryer with 15 minutes left on the cycle where someone had taken their clothes. I really appreciated that. There's much more, but now when I come here, I feel safe, comfortable and well attended to when I need help.”

“I’ve been coming here for a few months and I really like it! Affordable, the dryers get hot so it reduces drying time. I like the card kiosk options rather than the old school coins system. If I had to make a recommendation (or perk) to management for the returning customers, it would be a rewards /points system. That would be a great incentive to get ahead of competition off Little Creek road!”
