“Use this car wash twice a week ( since they opened) and have had nothing but Awesome experiences. One time all the pollen did not come off my SUV that had been sitting and when I spoke to the gentlemen out tending the cars, he went spoke to the manager on duty, came back told me to go back to the gate and they would run it back through for free. “After having sold my house, temporarily renting a property without a washing machine, I've been going to a laundromat for the first time in 49 years. I'm all over Norfolk and VB due to my job, and I have used probably 6 different laundromats since February. This one hands down is the best run. The ladies that supervise are super helpful, friendly and hard working. For example, I was going to put a load of clothes in a dryer when the attendant pointed out a dryer with 15 minutes left on the cycle where someone had taken their clothes. I really appreciated that. There's much more, but now when I come here, I feel safe, comfortable and well attended to when I need help.”

“The place is awesome. The one thing that could be wrong is the car wash exit. As car’s complete the wash station. Cars that are waiting to enter military hwy are in the way. With cars completing the wash cycle they can’t stop because the cars being cycled through will collide with the car that has to stop because of this.”

“I’ve been coming here for a few months and I really like it! Affordable, the dryers get hot so it reduces drying time. I like the card kiosk options rather than the old school coins system. If I had to make a recommendation (or perk) to management for the returning customers, it would be a rewards /points system. That would be a great incentive to get ahead of competition off Little Creek road!”

“Because I am new to Virginia, I feel the car detail prices are absurd! Hence, bringing me to the Flagship, which gives you the option to wash your own car or do the automatic carwash. Of course, I chose the safest bet to wash my own (any damages to your car is on you as with any automaticcar wash). It is easy to use, 1-12 step instructions, and the products are amazing! Because my car was extremely filthy, it cost me about $40, but that is still way cheaper than $150, which most detail shops in the area are charging at minimum. I will definitely go again! I like the set up, simple easy, good products, vacuum, and air freshener.”
