“I was satisfied with Sky Cleaners in Chesapeake, Virginia. They cleaned my 1 men's sports jacket, 2 men's trousers, and 2 women's dresses very well. I dropped them off on Tuesday and picked them up on Saturday. The prepaid price was about $26, which I think is fair. The service was courteous and friendly & their location across from Chesapeake Regional Hospital is convenient for me as it’s fairly close proximity The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they don't have a website or online booking system, which would make it easier for me to schedule my appointments. Otherwise, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dry cleaning service.”

A bit shocked to see negative reviews as we’ve brought in a number of challenging projects and not once have we been met with anything negative. Alterations, modifications, creations, and the standard clothing and linens cleaning. No issues and no regrets. Always friendly and sometimes even playful staff. As long as I’m wearing clothes I’ll keep bringing them here for care.”

“It has been at least a year since we have been to the cleaners because I don’t travel as much. My wife dropped our dry cleaning off at 2:10 pm today September 20, 2023 Cedar Road and the lady at the desk immediately remembered us. She is always so very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and professional. You get quality service with a team member of her caliber on staff.”

“This place is amazing. Due to the fire I'm having to go to the one by Dollar Tree and am reminded why I really like the laundry place. Their machines are clean as well as the building the staff is so friendly. When I have to go to the other place it's dirty never has change and the dryers start on hot heat then switch to remove wrinkles I literally dried clothes today for over an hour and brought them home pretty wet. I never have that problem at The Laundry Place. PLEASE PLEASE OPEN BACK UP SOON.”

“I have read the negative reviews posted here, and decided that a positive was needed to offset them. I have used this cleaner multiple times, with very good results. Today when I went to drop off, there were some beads on my dress that I was dropping that needed removal. The very kind lady (I believe she is the owner) lent me a seam ripper, and stood there and helped me remove all the beads. WAY above normal customer service. I will return, and I am positive the future reviews will be just as positive.”
