“I was on the Do Not Rent (DNR) list by error. I've been getting the run around from different departments in enterprise to resolve the issue. Which is preventing me from renting a vehicle. I arrived at Enterprise and spoke with Alejandra, who then directed me to David. After explaining the situation to David and showing him documentation that there was an error on the part of the system, David took action! He reached out to his regional manager. Let him know what was going on. David and his regional manager resolved the issue for me In a relatively short duration of the end, I was able to rent a vehicle from this enterprise location. I was taken off of the do not rent list and I was headed on my way! Going to pick up a seven year old and a nine year old who are waiting to go trick-or-treating! I really appreciate David's help me! You really came through!?”

“Recently had to get a rental while my auto was being repaired.Used Enterprises as it was near. They did not give me an equivalent but the outback wasn’t bad just big and I had to keep calling for instructions.Returning is a bit tricky unless you want to leave it at the auto repair. You suddenly come across all the rental companies. Quick check-in and out. Only issue is I used my transponder and I hope it picked up all my toll charges and I don’t get a big bill. The Manager who checked me out was efficient.”

“Had a tear in my driver's seat, wanted to be sure management knew it, they upgraded me, in the next truck, I had a piece of plastic come off with this 4runner and they said not to worry,"thank you for letting us know, we will make a note of it so you won't be charged as it was pouring rain out the day of rental and was not conducive to a detailed pre-inspection!" I had prepaid for a tankfull of gas but was only a 7 mile commute and filled the take for less than 1/2 tank for the week. .they still charged for the full tank, I spoke to customer service they fixed the change...well done!”

“When we dropped off our rental at Thrifty Dulles, the staff drove us and our young children to the terminal in our rental vehicle rather than have us load into the shuttle bus in freezing weather. Very courteous and helpful especially when we have luggage and car seats!”

“Shaquil and his team at the Dulles (IAD) airport are real professionals. I had a few issues with my original car and they were quick to resolve with another vehicle, and for the minor inconvenience, went out of their way to ensure that everything was absolutely perfect before I left.I had some issues with external charging stations and was not able to completely charge the vehicle prior to return. When I showed the photos of the charging stations screens with the error codes, they immediately adjusted invoice to ensure that I was not charged for the low battery status. Excellent customer service and professional attention, I would highly recommend this location for your next rental.”
