“Issue with the origin purchase of an electric oven was resolved professionally by salesperson Chris, he was very respectable and responded to all questions very nicely, he even exchanged the appliance with the next higher up oven with no extra cost and also arranged for delivery an exchange in timely manners. Only issue with this company was them not picking the business phone. I had to drive there to sort out the issue. I also recommend that when purchasing any used item please test it thoroughly, it is good for both the seller and buyer. This transaction I will give 4 stars just because repeated phone calls were not answered otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”
