“While running errands, I passed by the store and had to go in, of course, I mean, it was literally beckoning my name! Lol (pun intended)This is a high-end, kitchen and bath store with the most gorgeous bathtubs and appliances in a glistening setting.The show room is absolutely stunning, and it was very quiet, except for the sales person, but they just opened and they're kind of off the beaten path. They are located in a little alley that connects one of many parking garages to the Mosaic District shopping center. Unless you were looking for them, you wouldn't necessarily see them and you would only pass by them if you parked in that specific garage.I was only window shopping, a.k.a. drooling like a kid in a candy store, lol, but if you're looking for some beautiful kitchen appliances and unique bathrooms & décor, then this would definitely be a place to check out.”

Improved customer service would certainly enhance the overall shopping experience.Despite the service aspect, I appreciate Best Buy for the quality of their products. If they can address the customer service issues, it would undoubtedly elevate the overall satisfaction of their customers.”

“The people here really do help you and they want you to have what you need. It's just difficult to get lumber cut because there is only one person that can do it. I came back on two different days and it was just the one person and he was on lunch break one time and the next I had to wait a little bit not too long. They need to train more people how to use this that are on shift”

You need a place to put the bag that they can pick up without interfering with overheads, like wires and space, like parking.It cost me about $250! And I could have loaded even more, but I didn't have time.They don't take old appliances etc. In under 10 minutes, they were done and gone.It's thebagster.com.”

“We are designing a new construction home and needed to select kitchen appliances. After a few late nights sweating over the upsides and downsides of wall ovens I would have preferred to do ANYTHING with my Saturday except visit ANOTHER appliance store! We sat down for an appointment with Michael Cronauer who is a VIRTUOSO at kitchens! Voila! Everything is bundled and backed by a corporation that we know. This experience was easy, thorough and understandable. We got the kitchen and audio-video-home theater, and laundry room settled in one visit! I am super happy with this experience, and highly recommend!”

“It's entirely too big in a good way but as with most home depot locations the staff is next too useless. Look, I don't expect you to know a lot but know which isle products are on. Won't hold it personally against home depot. Otherwise employees are friendly and diverse and that's a plus in my book. Beats going to Lowe's, that's for sure.”
