“I'm not one to get my car detailed, but I had the misfortune of having a puppy pee on the back seat of my car and was in immediate need of a deep cleaning. I felt a little out of place pulling up in my Kia for service, with all the high end cars they were working on, but they could not have been nicer to me throughout the service. They explained everything to me and provided a detailed walkthrough of the car when the work was done. “I recently purchased a new car and did extensive research on the best place to get it ceramic coated and tinted in the area. The excellent reviews led me to American Shine, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Brian and his team.After talking to Brian about various options and packages available, I opted to go with the CQuartz Finest Package. This included a paint correction, a layer of DQUARTZ followed by a layer of CQuartz Finest Reserve on the paint, as well as ceramic coating on all glass and the wheels and calipers (with wheels removed to fully coat entire wheels and calipers). I also opted for the Kavaca Ceramic IR tint on the windows.Brian and team did an excellent job and the car came out looking incredible. They also were great at taking the time to communicate throughout the entire process, from answering all of my questions up front, to keeping me updated on the progress after dropping off, to providing detailed care information & recommendations after picking up.I highly recommend American Shine, and will be returning to them in the future for any additional needs or new vehicles.”

“I was pleased with my experience with Caliber. The work was done right. My car was completed early. They kept me informed of the progress. They detailed the interior prior to returning the car.I only have two notes for improvement: 1) There are two Caliber Collision places on the same street, which I didn’t realize. So, it would probably be a good idea for the front desk staff to talk to people about that during scheduling. Also, the traffic there is awful at certain times due to a nearby school. That would be worth mentioning, too. 2) The parking lot for the Caliber at the corner of University and Wellington is small and has limited ability to turn around. I had to make a couple passes looking for a spot because there were 2 trucks taking up 4 spaces. That’s the breaks, but I was concerned by how much trash was scattered in the parking lot in the one decent area for turning around. I did not want a flat tire. I realize that stuff is liable to fall off broken cars, but it made me wonder how often they sweep up. I was there first thing in the morning, so I would have expected it to be clean from the night before.Still, bottom line, I was pleased and would use them again.”

“I went in to purchase acid for our batteries but turns out we didn't need the acid. Matt went above and beyond and stopped by our warehouse to check the batteries. In the end, the conclusion is to replace at least two batteries out of 4. Yes on the list to get them replaced and will definitely go back to the store to get all 4 batteries of scissor lift replaced.”
