My car was expected to be finished just after Thanksgiving, and there was a couple of days delay. But we got it all sorted out in the end. They didn't replace the windshield as requested, but they will arrange that for me. My car looks nearly brand new. I recommend.”

“Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive. However, PBC's attempts to add unnecessary services didn't sit with me well. They told me I needed an oil change almost 2,000 miles before the 7,500 mile requirement for my vehicle. Additionally, they claimed my vehicle wouldn't pass state inspection without the installation of new brake pads. I wanted a second opinion so I took my car to the dealership who inspected my car and passed my vehicle with no issues.”
