“I took my Tesla Model Y in for an alignment, but noticed the steering wheel was still a bit off-center due to a minor suspension issue. I emailed the shop about it, and the next day, Hany, the staff manager, called me. He offered to personally handle the alignment if I could drop off the car. Hany spent a couple of days fine-tuning everything, and the results are outstanding. The steering wheel is now perfectly straight, and the car drives flawlessly. “Fabulous customer service and quality of work! Learned during an oil change that the rusted frame of my '99 Wrangler would not pass the next safety inspection. Hubby received numerous recommendations for Bull Run through Facebook and we scheduled a visit for estimate. We were impressed by the team and proceeded to schedule subsequent repair. My repair date shifted a bit due to challenges posed by the Jeep ahead of me, but the team kept me well informed. “I want to thank the brake specialist, Alexander Bly for the free brake checkup he performed on the front brakes, rotors and front brake lines that he had replaced on my 1998 Ford Escort SE on October 17, 2023. I had called Brake Squad on Monday, February 5, 2024, because I had trouble on Sunday, February 4, 2024, with my brakes becoming spongy when I tried to stop my car. Luckily, I was close enough to my house that I was able to nurse my car back to my driveway at home. I called The Brake Squad because Alexander had done such a great job on my front brakes, and I indicated that I had been driving on the beltway and when I was exiting off the beltway, my brakes seemed to become spongy when I pushed down on the brake pedal and my brake slowed me down but didn't seem to be holding very well. I told him I was able to nurse the car back to my house. Alexander checked not only the front brakes that he had repaired in October 2023, but took a look at the rear right brake drum and noticed that my 1998 Ford Escort SE was leaking brake fluid through a corroded hard right rear steel break line and indicated that he would need to check to see if he could locate the hard break line replacements to repair my car. He also indicated that he would have to check with his supervisor to see if brake squad would be able to do this repair, but indicated that it was not the type of repair he normally performed because of the precision necessary to craft the hard brake lines and indicated they may need to be custom crafted because Ford probably wouldn't still have them as a readymade part for the Escort SE. I thanked Alexander for all his help and asked if I could contact him to discuss any questions, I might have about the hard brake lines requirements that might be needed and he indicated that he would not have a problem with me calling him. I thanked him and let him know I would keep in contact. I contacted Alexander on the February 13, 2024, to review the hard brake line components that the Ford Approved Auto Service Shop had indicated would be necessary to complete the repair on my 1998 Ford Escort SE, and he provided me with some questions I should ask, and the answers I should receive, from the Ford Approved Auto Service Shop steward. This information was very helpful and provided me with the ability and the confidence to have my 1998 Ford Escort SE's Hard Rear Brake Lines repaired. As of February 14, 2024, my 1998 Ford Escort SE is up and running like a top again. I am so appreciative, and thankful for all the help and quality of service Alexander Bly, Break Specialist with The Brake Squad has provided. Sincerely, Bill Baldwin”
