Azim was the sales agent that helped me out and he was fantastic, very kind , patient and personable.My cousin and I stayed in there for almost 2 hours and had a great time chatting with Azim while my phone was getting setup . “New review (June 2022) see my review of ATT Dulles Town Center too as this is a package (ask for RJ and Fabiana). Lost my phone and successfully replaced it at ATT and as before, go to Cellaris for accessories. Trevor is now managing day to day very well and with tremendous customer service and personality. Wherever you get your phone, save money and have a great service experience with Cellaris and Trevor. Trevor had my cover coming in but did surgery on my old cover to accommodate camera, and got me new plug for my USB to the new phone connection(different from my previous phone). Perfect complement for any phone you get anywhere in the mall. GO!.Just had to commend the Cellaris team (father and son) for their outstanding service and value. I first met the team when I bought a new phone st the ATT store and a salesman there told me not to buy at ATT but to run down a floor at the mall (they are located near the food court elevator as a hallway kiosk). Yesterday my partner needed a new cover for her I phone and the kiosk had five shelves of options which they let me sort through (sending photos to my partner). It turns out she had a different model then I thought so I had to exchange the cover. Though the model needed a bigger cover the exchange had no additional charge. Today my partner wanted a new phone as her screen had multiple cracks and was difficult to read. Noticing the kiosk also did repairs we dropped it off and went shopping. Got a text within 30 minutes that the screen wss done and my partner and I agree it looked like new. Fair price and saved a significant expense. If you need a cell phone cover or repairs, GO. You won't regret it.”

“After not getting helped at the location in Tyson’s Mall(no acknowledgment from staff that we needed help after a 15 minute wait) Decided to take a chance and visit this store. Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my daughter was super excited about her new iPhone 15 pro! Honestly, Verizon is quite lucky to have this gentleman Azim on their team! “iTouch Repair repaired my iPhone with a quality LED screen. I was skeptical at first because of my earlier experience with an earlier iPhone with other repair places. The screen I have from iTouch is only slightly off the original Apple screen. I don't think an Apple screen would have been better and for 50% off the price, I am very happy. iTouch were very responsive, calling me right away to confirm my appointment. The repair itself was painless; it was done in under an hour and there's shopping at Whole Foods across the street so I got to use my time efficiently. Quality, convenience, and professionalism. “The staff inside the store were great. It’s ATT where the left hand doesn’t have a clue what the right hand is doing. 5 hours the staff stayed online with technical support and me trying to get my new iPhone operational. After 5 hours with unsuccessful results I had to leave. Then, 1 hour after I had left ATT and now at dinner, I get a call from someone identifying themselves as “Someone from the back end”. Of what I ask. ATT back end she replied. She asked if I’d give her permission to resolve my problem. Haha. NO.”

“There was some guy named Anthony there that quickly made contact with me as I walked into the store. I was hesitant to ask about the service outage ... but as soon as I did and I explained that my service was still not working he was persistent in solving my problem and he even went out of his way to make sure my AT&T account was working well and found an issue where I was being overcharged and fixed it! He was quick to resolve my issue and fixed more than I thought I needed. I really appreciate him and other workers just like him. He was also fairly patient while I was figuring out all of the issues I had finding my personal information... thank you for the great service. 10/10 Will be there again soon.”

“Well, that was my first time visit to their store. I was attended by Afnan Mahmood and he followed up from begining till my phone got fixed completely. I went there right before their closing time on Saturday evening. But Afnan make everything easy. He was very friendly. They closed Sunday, By Tuesday I picked up my phone withvery reasonable charge So, at this point I totally trust them with their work. I walked into this store with a completely shattered phone ready to argue my way to a better deal on replacing it but I was met with Tim (I believe this was his name).
