“I had not purchased a new IPhone for 5 years and I was dreading doing it. Enrique made the entire process so easy. He gave me a lot of one-on-one time so when I walked out of the store I was super happy with my new IPhone 14 and all my apps were working. He helped save me money by recommending a different cell phone plan. It was a pleasure to work with him and he provided the best service I have ever received from AT&T.”

“The people inside the store are very good. I had a trade in to complete and it was much easier at this location. It's very easy to complete the verification process and it's almost instantaneous. Always loved shopping here, as the atmosphere very festive.Apart from the quirky security guard who kept giving me the weirdest stares and watching me from different angles, everything seemed alright here.I am ok with him being gay, but they should not checkout customers like that who are not.”

“A great place to get your electronic needs met. We purchased some phones, computers, headsets and accessories for our print/ digital marketing agency, that were perfectly setup the way we asked them to, within the timeframe they said they would deliver. Kudos to Nik and his team for a project well executed.”

“I went in there to get my phone fixed and pay my bill. And the black guy with the beard ignored me. He skipped over me.And skipped over me again. And the other guy waited on me. I told him about what he had done. And he's he told the guy and the guy just shut it off bad business. The customers in there knew that too.”

“This location is usually very well stocked despite the amount of traffic it gets. I have never purchased a loaf of bread from this location that has gone moldy in under a week. (Very much not the case with bread from the North Point Giant) and obviously with inflation the prices at this location are just right. Creating pickup orders on the app + looking through the target circle deals that they offer really makes this location a winner for me. The staff that work the pickup / return area are mostly excellent and professional. I appreciate them and the way they keep the pickup area as open as possible to keep it from becoming a mess. Sometimes the self checkout area can get hectic, the line can get long quickly and some willfully ignorant customers obviously compound that by jumping the line. Another note is Dr. Pepper. I used to purchase it from the other store with the blue color scheme. They were notorious for being 75% (or less!) full and barely carbonated. Never encountered this issue with any beverages purchased from this location. Good location. Usually panhandlers near the clothing donation bins, and I have been approached a few times in the parking lot over the last two years.”

“The sign up process in AT&T was rocky. After contacting first net directly however, everything was sorted. They told me that many customers have called in with issues related to how AT&T associates are often misleading customers on pricing. I've now had this service for a year and it's been pretty good. Not great, but good, and that's only because in areas where I had full bars with Verizon, I now have zero or one bar with First Net, albeit that's often in rural areas or the high country. The price for the service is great and I'm getting a lot for my money, so I highly recommend checking this out.”
