“The best! Took my iPhone XR to apples certified repair at Best Buy in sterling and was told they cleaned my charging port out. Well, two days later the intermittent charging issues came back. Called MiTecShop today and he got me in the same day. Was assuming I needed the charging port replaced because apple already attempted to clean it. Well, turns out apple sucks and MiTecShop saved me a lot of $$$$, they were honest and told me just needed to be cleaned correctly. You all have my business for life! Thanks so much!”

“Sitting outside T-Mobile, Dulles Retail Plz, VA. My wife lost her phone on flight back from Denver yesterday and needed to reconnect to her world. Luckily I had a great carrier (T Mobile), insurance on the phones, and (best) Brandon and Shady working at the store! Brandon and Shady helped me file my claim as I sat at the store, claim was accepted as I waited, phone is shipped to the hotel we are headed to, and Brandon has given me my SIM card to install when phone arrives tomorrow. Can't shout out louder the professionalism, courtesy and skill of Brandon and Shady (new hire - amazing, gold star). Always felt T Mobile is better than the other cellular companies and Brandon and Shady are proof that this is true. Absolutely unique service. Thank you. And, the cover was even on sale. Definitely a great karma day!!! Keep up the great work. A loyal customer.”

These guys are technician wizars who get the job done well at a reasonable price and time frame. “Huge parking lot but so full. Inside, the store was still very busy Target after the Christmas rush. The store in the seasonal section was incredibly messy and Christmas sale items were ransacked. Thirty percent off candy is still not a good deal with their prices but they had gingerbread peeps, which I've never seen and couldn't resist. Self-checkout was surprisingly fast---no human interaction needed. I would come back to this Target.”

“I always always end up buying more than I go in the store for! So yes, control, control yorself my dear soul!! But well, this store happens to meet all my basic human needs, like clothing for kids and I, shoes, jewellery (the basic ones) and of course grocery stuff :-) The staff is helpful almost always, sometimes newbies are training so stuff happens, but overall great store to meet your immediate needs. Not to forget, the shop online and pick up in store is great! The only issue I sometimes face is not finding shelves filled enough, like now for back to school.”
