We had tried talking to customer service over the phone ourselves with little result. Toby stepped up and advocated for us with Verizon. I don't think we would've gotten to a resolution without him, especially since our problem went back almost 2 years. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his efforts. It made all the difference. CPR Cell Phone Repair was the identified repair shop, and once they received my confirmation code, my repair was complete in 1.5 hrs. Phone looks like new...as expected, but this was absolutely hassle-free. Professional and friendly tech.SUPER HONEST...I pre-purchased a screen protector, but there happened to be one included in the repair kit. The tech could have simply said nothing, BUT he game me the option to keep the stock one or install the upgrade...He restocked the SS to retail with no hard selling on anything, really happy!
