It means everything when a buyer steps on a car lot. The first encounter can make or break everything. He treated us like an old friend that you haven’t seen in awhile! It was so relaxing and his no pressure attitude made the experience of looking and test driving the cars the best I’ve ever had! There were a few items that our vehicle needed and Steve was able to accommodate and fix the automatic sliding door and sunroof! “So I waited about a whole year to give Boss Auto a review. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Genesis R-Spec around September 2022. They sold me a great car. Amazing weekend car to drive. Had a little bit issues but nothing major I couldn’t fix myself. It was a quick experience and honest sell. I give them 4/5 stars. Only one problem I had is they were not negotiable with their prices. But overall a great dealership.”

“Considering the industry as a whole, the car buying experience is stressful. CF Auto Outlet, was pretty easy. What you see is what you get. They offer a 12 month powertrain warranty which is better than nothing. The cars are detailed and as good as they can get. Very impressed with the fact that the cars are inspected and if needed to pass, items are replaced such as tires. Manager went beyond expectations to have a warning light and a latch that malfunction fixed within the first week of the purchase. They can not hold a car but can accommodate your schedule if you can only get there at a certain time. Strongly recommended for Hampton Roads area.”
