“I was looking for a light duty truck as I sold my K3500 and just happened to ride by when I saw some. I picked my Black Betty to look at first and didn't need to look at any others. Tony is a great guy and will make sure you're taken care of. I didn't get far when my oil pressure dropped all the way and he sent someone to get me and Black Betty. They took care of her and myself right then and there. When I decide to look for another again I will be going back.”

“It will be my pleasure to review these fine folks over at USA Auto Sales. I spent a week all around the Chesapeake area looking for a decent vehicle to buy. The result was being broken down on a test drive, seeing bolted on car parts, and straight out lies. UNTIL! USA Auto Sales. Dean and his son were honest, down to earth people and the car is great. Pros: - Cars from well maintained backgrounds (government vehicles). - A fair and honest price for what the cars are worth (you are paying a little over, but that is so they can make some small money on it). - Family business at its best. Just good people Cons: - You will not hear from them through the internet very well. They do advertising strictly on word of mouth. - While the cars are from a background that is likely government. That is all they can really tell you about the car. However, if you bring a mechanic, and give it a test drive, you will see for yourself that these cars are well maintained. - No haggling policy. Not to big of a bummer, since they make it a fair price. If anything, it is nice not to deal with someone who is trying to mark up the cars ridiculously despite a listed price. - Cars are on a gravel/grass lot, making them dirty when you first get it. They wash up nicely enough. =) Overall I give them a 4/5 because they were the only helpful honest people I seemed to have met in the area trying to sell a car. I think they could improve their business to make it better. Particularly if they could give me more of a history on the Ford Taurus I was trying to buy. However, I don't think they are trying to go that route. They are a family with other things on their mind, and I don't blame them. Best car dealership in Chesapeake.”

“My five stars goes all out to Harry great buisness and sales rep. Soon as I came through the door, he pulled me in no wait. I came to look a Hyundai suv but unfortunately it was sold the day before but no worries! He ended up giving me the bigger and better fish which is a 2020 Nissan pathfinder and she is a beauty. Wasn't my first time being introduced to her but if I couldn't find what I was looking for why not? She matched me like a dating site! Spent me all day but patience and a little bit more help and special thanks to these people. Harry has been there a while and more to come!! Wonderful man appreciate him much!!”

“The sales associate "T" and his colleagues were very friendly, helpful & willing to go above & beyond to help me find the exact vehicle I was seeking. They had a couple vehicles on the lot, that I test drove but they just weren't what I wanted. "T" asked what my top 3 choices of vehicle would be that I'm looking for & promised he would find it & keep in touch as he searched. He had messaged me 2 days later in regards to some vehicles, however my situation had already changed & was no longer looking for a vehicle.I did end up finding the exact vehicle I wanted on my own (#1 in my top 3 choices), by pure luck & was able to purchase it right away, but I can take nothing away or say anything negative about Bell Auto Sport, his willingness to find what I wanted & his friendly personality was genuine & sincere.
