“First off let me say that my mail is screwed up sometimes but I didn't come here to complain, I came to rave about Ms. Treasure!!! She has been coming to work at this station a little over a year now and absolutely adore this young lady. Very respectful, courteous and effective in trying to resolve any issues you may have with the postal service even if it's out her reach, she will at least attempt to find a solution. I see her at other post offices through out Norfolk and each time the service is awesome no matter what atmosphere she is in! She informed me she may not be at Berkley for much longer but o how I wish she could stay and the community feels the same way. Much respect to you TREASURE the Berkley community appreciates you!!!”

I needed to mail a letter Priority and Ms. Angela took care of what I needed so quickly that it took less than 15 minutes to leave my office, drive to the post office, check out, and drive back! Gordon was the prime example of customer service and professionalism. I'm not sure I've ever seen somebody work a public service job who looked like he thourghally enjoyed his job, knew everything he needed, and treated his customers with the best mood he had.”

“Love this place ! It's small but clean, tidy, and fairly well stocked. Best of all, the customer service is excellent ! Gordon is a breath of fresh air in the usps world. I was nervous about sending my first military package, I was making it out to be more stressful than it was. He walked me through everything, gave me extra supplies to take home and didn't make me feel d*** for newbie questions. This isn't the post office closest to me, but after terrible experiences at 2 other ones you can bet I'll be driving a little extra for the service.”
