“I answer the post office and there were three ladies behind the counter. All I saw was friendly smiles as I approached the counter. The ladies were absolutely professional and had very uplifting demeanors. I needed a money order in a book of stamps, how many young lady that was helping me offered different styles of stamps. I can't think of another time visiting the post office was actually fun! Please visit the Granby post office. Hopefully your experience will be as good as mine was.”

She was very polite, explained things, took my photo and affirmed everything with me and I sugned my app and its is off to be processed. Everyone was great! Hats off to them! “First off let me say that my mail is screwed up sometimes but I didn't come here to complain, I came to rave about Ms. Treasure!!! She has been coming to work at this station a little over a year now and absolutely adore this young lady. Very respectful, courteous and effective in trying to resolve any issues you may have with the postal service even if it's out her reach, she will at least attempt to find a solution. I see her at other post offices through out Norfolk and each time the service is awesome no matter what atmosphere she is in! She informed me she may not be at Berkley for much longer but o how I wish she could stay and the community feels the same way. Much respect to you TREASURE the Berkley community appreciates you!!!”
