“First off let me say that my mail is screwed up sometimes but I didn't come here to complain, I came to rave about Ms. Treasure!!! She has been coming to work at this station a little over a year now and absolutely adore this young lady. Very respectful, courteous and effective in trying to resolve any issues you may have with the postal service even if it's out her reach, she will at least attempt to find a solution. I see her at other post offices through out Norfolk and each time the service is awesome no matter what atmosphere she is in! She informed me she may not be at Berkley for much longer but o how I wish she could stay and the community feels the same way. Much respect to you TREASURE the Berkley community appreciates you!!!”
“We went to get a minor's passport. You DO have to make copies of all documents before you come. However, the Department of State said you had to so we can prepared. Unfortunately, we did not realize that we should have made copies of the parent's proof of identity for EACH minor child. That was on us though. They were happy to help us with one of the minor passports and even told us where we could go for walk-in passports that day.”
“This is a small office so I understand that they have a small staff. I got to work with the lead and she was very nice. Handled my key request quickly and explained everything.”

“I like coming here. Sometimes it's busy, which is just how post offices get. People complain about Henry. The impression I get is that he cares deeply about the work he does and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. He'll treat you how you treat him. He's a stickler about process, which is the mark of a good civil servant. If he's curt with you, imagine working at the post office for decades and having to repeat yourself over and over when the information is readily available virtually everywhere but nobody reads it. You'd be curt and have rough days too (à la Bukowski).”
