“The team at Clover Hill Tire and Auto are incredible! A few weeks ago, my husband and I were in a bind with a rental car with a flat tire. They got us in within a few hours on a busy Friday morning to take a look at it. Unfortunately, the tire couldn’t be repaired without replacing it, but they were kind enough not to charge us for their time/labor, since they couldn’t fix it. They even took pictures so we could go back to deal with the rental company. Incredibly helpful and honest and we really appreciated their kindness that day!”
“These guys. They have consistently put me and my family first. Most recently, they advised me to take my car to the dealer to see if a service would be under warranty. They could have pocketed $500 in revenue, but didn't. And when we sliced a tire open this week as well, they didn't even swing at upselling to two: the paired tire was quite close in wear and they agreed it was not necessary to replace it.
Other mechanics send you with a receipt and a list of $700 of things you ought to do. Every time. Not Allen Tire on Midlothian. I thank them.”

“Stopped at this Shell gas station to fill up, with my T-mobile Tuesday app and I was really impressed with how clean everything was—from the bright LED lights on the ceiling to the spotless ground outside. The staff was super friendly, and I even used their bathroom, which was also very clean. My only concern is that the bathroom door sticks, which might be dangerous for an elderly person. Other than that, this is a great, well-maintained location. Would definitely stop here again!”

“I was told by a dealer that my vehicle failed inspection and needed $2000 in repairs. Firestone quoted my $1500 so I scheduled the repairs with them. The morning they were doing the work they called me and informed me that the repairs were not necessary and the vehicle passed inspection. They could have performed the repairs and charged me $1500 but their integrity was more important to them.”

“Infinity QX80 was squealing pretty badly. Turned out the rotors were warped. They took the time to show and explain what was going on, called around to find the best price for replacement rotors, and got it done at reasonable cost. No attempts to upsale or add unnecessary fixes”
