“We blew a tire out on 295 traveling from Maryland back to South Carolina. Buffalo Tire was where our insurance company had the tow truck take us. When we arrived at the service center we learned that they are by appointment only but when we explained our situation to Scott he immediately called Will (owner) and Will cut his lunch off to come assist. He personally drove to pick up the tire we needed from another location and even offered to grab us lunch on his way back! We graciously declined but these guys were amazing and so empathetic to our situation that they literally dropped everything to help us get back on the road. “I called them in the morning for a last minute inspection and they were able to take me in at 12 p.m. Came in at 12:02 and was out by 12:25. They did my inspection and fixed every issue at had in that time span( needs a brake light, windshield wipers, and a bulb ). Great customer service and the workers were very friendly. A little pricier than what I’m used to but I’m a little on the cheap side. Highly recommend !”
