“Had a rock fly up into the windshield of my brand new, 1900 miles, 2024 car. Called Smiley's in a panic. I was sure the crack was going to spread across the entire windshield. They got me in for an appointment to seal the crack. They did a GREAT job, price VERY reasonable, and I was on my way quickly. Time from getting the dinged windshield to repair, less than 2 hours. That includes getting to the shop, repairing the damage, squeezing in lunch at Starbucks nearby, and getting on my way. Not to shabby. This was my 2nd experience with Smiley's, last one, not a "dramatic, but equally 5 stars. Give them a try.”

“I wasn't trying to go to my insurance's first choice business for windshield repair, based on looking at reviews. So, while doing my research I stumbled upon Certified Glass and seeing many consistent good reviews, I decided I'd give them a try. They too were in network for me (Geico, but check with yours of course), so is thought I'd rather pay the stupid deductible and receive good service. They are located in a building somewhat attached to McGeorge Toyota. So, if you're looking on maps and see that and are confused that's why. The entrance is through the little garage bay on the left. It's a small office with two or three staff inside, where you truly just go to drop your keys, make your payment, and go. The ladies inside working were friendly, and actually from the time of the initial phone call. What really wins me over is the fact that they offer a rental car free of charge while they do the windshield replacement. This was the first time I had to get a recalibration on my windshield too, so I guess it takes a bit longer. I was so happy to get that little car and still be able to go to work and not have to use any PTO to handle my business. I dropped off early when they first opened and had until like 5pm or so to have the car returned same day. Not a bad deal for the deductible that I would've paid anywhere and not gotten great service or a rental. I highly recommend Certified Auto Glass and have found my new spot for all my windshield needs.”

“I was taking a trip to Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday in 2022 and due to weather the flight was canceled. I was only inside the airport for about an hour before the cancellation announcement. I grabbed a shuttle back to my parked car location to find my sunroof was smashed. The lot facilitator said he saw nothing and I asked about camera just for him to tell me RIC has no lot cameras. Shorten this long story I searched Richmond area, glass shops, seeking who can repair my sunroof. I got responses like ,the glass is on back order ,they don’t service sunroof go to your dealer not only did I go to my dealer which referred me to a collision shop collision shop said they only work with insurance companies that’s because they want to gauge the price .go to the GM dealer “out of stock “. so I wait and wait and wait a year has passed. I called again to know two weeks ago from today I call a shop and they referred me to luxury auto glass. I talked to this gentleman on Monday. I told him to type of year of my car .The gentleman said I can get your glass , I’ll have it by Monday I’m like wait a minute ;you mean to tell me I’ve been riding around with my car like this here and you tell me you can get my glass ? I was ecstatic. the price was feasible service was prompt. The gentleman was courteous .the job took about 15 minutes for him to pop out the old and put in the new. I highly recommend luxury auto glass. If you have a hard time finding the glass replacement for your car go to luxury auto glass, he can find it.”
