Dealt with 2 unprofessional and rude employees yesterday, what's the point of buying luxury from a place that feels anything but. Customer experience should be part of the service, but instead the experience left me feeling frustrated- so I went home and ordered online instead.

Called the store and someone named Patrick picked up and was extremely rude and did not answer my questions and HUNG up on me. Called back and was told I will get a call back the next day and it’s a week later and still haven’t. Patrick needs to be evaluated and fired, seeing there is many reviews saying he is terrible.... read full comment
