For the the last job it was capacitors and before that it was XLR plugs and now fiber optic parts are the item I find I need most often. “Mr. Video quickly and professionally transferred my childhood home videos from old camcorder tapes to high quality digital files. They edited the video for me so that the finished product was clean and seamless. They returned the original home video in perfect condition and provided a flash drive with the converted video file. I highly recommend them!”

Anyway, two employees there Sergio and Chris were extremely helpful and knowledgeable enough to encourage me to switch to a new plan that lends itself far better to my budget. “My biggest complaint is the check out lines- not having enough open for the “rush” times of day is brutal. Second complaint is the produce section being a little less than needed (I wish this was a super Walmart). And the third complaint is the parking lot. These are tight spots and it always seems a bit chaotic. Otherwise- the store itself is great, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Drive up pick up is usually pretty quick and easy.”

“Great place to shop the most inexpensive cellular plans, phones, and enjoy EXCELLENT customer service. The biggest thing about this particular place is the above and beyond quality of customer service provided by the staff here. While I have always seen genuine care from all Metro PCS stores, Jackie still took it to the next level here. She patiently helped me with recovery very process for my apps and data, transferring procedures for a new phone, and all of my questions for almost 45 mins. She was nice, polite, caring, and professional at all times and didn’t blink despite the time-taking tasks. She looked up various solutions for my phone issues and applied them to help. She taught me new lessons and tricks that matched my needs related to my apps issues. I highly recommend this store because of its wonderful and helpful staff, will definitely come back for more shopping here, and will introduce it to my friends for their phones and plans. So, thank you very much, Jackie.One more thing, this store has more phone accessories and there is a higher chance of benefiting from its good incentives on them when buying a new phone here. Some shops have very limited accessories and, there, can’t offer much.Highly recommended.”

“I like this 7 eleven, it's very very accessible it's nearby all the homes in Dale City and was right across from my middle school. Every time I walked home from there I used to go to this 7 eleven and it holds a lot of memories. One of the Indian workers I don't know his name is very friendly and does a lot of small talk. A lot of selection too 5 stars”
“I’m only giving 5 stars because of Jhonatan (Jonathan) , he did a fantastic job with helping me with setting up a new plan and service, he was very respectful and even asked if it was ok for him to assist another customer while the phone loaded. He announced new promotions and deals and even recommended which phone was better and compared the 2 devices.”
