“Out of all the tmobile stores in the area, this is my favorite one to go to for service. The staff is always knowledgeable and professional, but it's a popular location and it's very busy so you will wait. And the wait can be long.I recommend you ask them to call you when it's your turn to be helped you and enjoy walking around the mall and shopping while you're waiting. Sometimes, they automatically set up this phone call queue strategy, and other times they don't. They just let you wait in the store for 20 to 30 minutes.”

She does everything great and I got a great deal. Got a second line and she transfered all data and app to the new one. Paid less but got more. Even the service center outlook is beyond.”

“They have Nitro Pepsi™.Nitro Pepsi™ when you want a nice creamy, smooth and easy to drink soda. Sometimes your soda is hard to drink and not creamy. Not here. At this 7-11 they have Nitro Pepsi™. It's so smooth, creamy, and easy to drink!They also have tons of other junk food that's just processed chemicals with no nutritional value. But yeah, the highlight of the store is the Nitro Pepsi™.”

“I recently started working in the area and this is now my Sleven. The coffee is always fresh and abundant. Hazelnut brew is incredible. Seems like virus precautions are in place and the store is clean and well stocked. All the staff I've met so far are nice supportive folks. Larger parking lot than most.”

“I love Target. I really do, but for the past three times I have gone I always have to go back because of the red tags that they put on random clothing - I always forget to check which is my own fault. BUT today I mentioned to the person at self checkout that I have a red tag on my items that I bought, as I patiently waited for the lady to be free from helping another guest to pay for their stuff, She took my clothing to which I assumed she did it correctly or at all for that matter. Of course, I come home to find that the red tag is still on it. Did I do something wrong? Did the lady just not check? Just remember to check for the red tags before you go home.”

“This location seems slightly above average than other locations. However a couple of the cashiers are less than pleasant. This isn't always the case of course. What's strange is that a different location offered me a promotion deal for 3 hot dogs, for which I had passed on because the hot dogs looked like they had been sitting there since early this morning. This location had no promotion for hot dogs whatsoever Now I'm curious to know if this other location was simply trying to sell me some of their dated hot dogs. The store here is clean and the air conditioner works great!”

“The first positive experience I’ve had with Verizon. Given all of the issues I’ve had with phone upgrades with Verizon from content not transferring, overcharges and dishonest sales reps at a different location (i.e. add charges for items I did not want or need) resulting in spending a good time on the phone with Verizon direct correcting the vast issues, I begrudgingly headed to this location on 10/29/2023 to upgrade from a system 07 given computer security prompts that my version would eventually no longer be supported. Robert was amazing! He listened to what I was looking for, what was important to me and historic issues I’ve had. He was open and transparent, successfully transferred my content to the new phone and patiently waited while I confirmed everything was as expected. My next bill was also as expected (what a relief). The only annoyance was impatient customers interrupting (not wanting to wait their turn), which Robert also handled patiently and calmly. Thank you, Robert. The experience was positive and very much appreciated.”

“Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”
