The biggest thing about this particular place is the above and beyond quality of customer service provided by the staff here. While I have always seen genuine care from all Metro PCS stores, Jackie still took it to the next level here. She patiently helped me with recovery very process for my apps and data, transferring procedures for a new phone, and all of my questions for almost 45 mins. She was nice, polite, caring, and professional at all times and didn’t blink despite the time-taking tasks. She looked up various solutions for my phone issues and applied them to help. Set up guys were also more than helpful. On day of install, recommended I get another speaker which was not in stock at this store, and drove all the way to Leesburg to get it done. “It's 7-11 and one of the few in the area that has gas, if that's your thing. It's also one of the locations that's always sufficient on lottery drawing nights to get some tickets because they keep the line moving and always top off your purchase with "good luck" lol. The clerk was nice enough to inform me that they now have one of the handy dandy self serve Va Lottery machines in the back of the store by the ATM ( how convenient) plus I knew that she knows I never make it back that far whenever I do drop in here. Staff is always friendly and helpful as indicated above.”
