“I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the service team and Joey in particular! I stopped in early this morning when I realized that one of the screws for my rear tag holder was missing. When I arrived, I was greeted right away with a friendly smile and they were able to take care of finding the appropriate hardware quickly and efficiently- and they installed it too (which was unexpected but really appreciated) Although I shouldn’t need any repairs for a while, I’ll make a point to stop here first. “No one ever wants to go to an automobile shop. That's my opinion. However, this shop and it's staff do everything they can to accommodate and ensure you're taken care of. One of the memorable experiences I recall is that they really are just telling you what has been discovered with your vehicle. Like a doctor, their job is to be honest(given you provided the facts), but they never made me feel forced to do any work. Quite frankly, it was a refreshing experience to see that people were willing to be honest, knowing I wouldn't like the answer.”
