“The facility is clean and prices are good. Recently, the elevator went down the day after I got my unit. It was down for a week and I couldn’t access my unit. I tried resolving this with the online chat. I tried calling. CubeSmart advertises having “award-winning customer service,” but I saw no evidence of it. I went into the office after a week of being unable to access my unit to ask for my money back. I was never going to work with CubeSmart again.
Alexis got me sorted. I stayed because Alexis resolved my issues kindly and efficiently. If you read this, Store Manager, you need to give Alexis a raise. Alexis knows how to take care of customers”
