“They make it pretty simple and aren't difficult if something goes a little awry. For example we put our lock on the wrong door, they resolved no issue/fee, and we had mover delays, they adjusted. Arnetia the Operations Manager was extremely responsive, helpful, and always professional. If I ever need storage pods again, I'd use ZippyShells.”

“A rather large facility. I wanted to retrieve items from my U-Box container. I scheduled a couple of days I advance. So other than figuring out where to find my container, everything else was fine. The container as well held up well and my items were still in place from my CA move. Highly recommend U-Box. U-HAUL is less expensive than the other container providers. Thank you team U-Haul.”

“I was in Winchester VA, found a car I wanted to buy in Baltimore. Made an appointment to get a hitch put on and a full size car trailer rental for 7 am the next morning (Today). By 7:30 I was on the road and rolling with the hitch installed and trailer attached. One of the ratchet straps was shorter on one side and luckily I had spares but that personally doesn't take away from the absolutely excellent service that I received this morning. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone in the area or passing through. My experience with uhaul in the past have not been very professional but after today's experience my faith has been completely restored.”
