“This is a shout out to Eduardo, Property Manager, and his supervisor, Mia, at Public Storage, 21360 Gentry Dr, Sterling, VA. We have stored items there for awhile. Back in March, we decided to start moving things out. Eduardo was always friendly with a wave and a smile. Most days he was sweeping and cleaning the property. It always looked very clean. Whenever I had a question, Eduardo was always helpful and accommodating. In some cases, he referred me to his supervisor, Mia. She also was able to help me and answer my questions. I just want to give a big Thank You to both Eduardo and Mia for all their help in making this move out process much easier for me. I highly recommend Public Storage on Gentry Dr.”

They sent folks who had no problem finding the correct gate and getting a visitor pass. They were patient enough to wait while they had their information ran.
