“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”

“This store is such a blessing to have in Vienna! It's helped me expand my efforts to take care of our earth. First I was introduced to the washing machine sheets so I don't have to get the big detergent packages. Now I also use the dryer balls so I don't purchase the dryer sheets that don't compost. I learn about new products constantly there and always feel uplifted as I leave. I look forward to going back, almost hoping I'll run out of something sooner, lol.There's a discussion about a native plant swap later in April also. I enjoy their events, and educational as well.”

“This place is awesome! We love visiting to explore the wear house for unique and interesting pieces. We found two great finds (a lamp and end table time) last time we were there, which are perfect for our space. The table needed love and the Furniture Rescue team did such a great job we almost did recognize it when we picked it up. They are upcycling really cool things at a very reasonable price! “I was in the area today due to my husband going to the medical center and getting his eyes dilated. Thus, it was possible that I may be the one driving home. Anyway...while he was at his appt., I decided to walk around the shopping center (FairLakes Promenade). I had seen Home Sense before but never got around to checking it out. Finally, got to do that today. At first glance, it looked like it was a furniture store. Yes, they have lots of furniture but a deeper look showed there was so much more. There are towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, household cleaning items, rugs and decorative items. My intention was just to look not buy. However, when I saw the food items, I realized that I needed a shopping cart. Things that caught my eye...imported pasta, pasta sauces, spices, sweets and a cleaning formulation for shower doors and mirrors. Truthfully, there were other items that attracted me but I exercised will power. For example, I saw a lovely vase but my sensible side said "we don't need another vase." There was artwork but sensible side said "We have enough of that and only so much wall space". When I went to check out, the cashier was friendly. I found out, when he tried to get me to sign up for a credit card, that they are part of a conglomerate that includes TJ Maxx. No, we don't need another credit card! My haul ended up costing $35 plus change. Once we were home, I showed my husband my haul. He asked what it cost and was pleasantly surprised. Aw, gee! I'm so proud of myself :D So, no regrets for paying Home Sense a visit!”
“If you’re looking for a furniture store that has a carefully curated selection of high quality leather sofas, this is the perfect place.They carried well known brands that are difficult to find in store, and many of their offerings are customizable. The staff is friendly and thankfully doesn’t hover. Because I have cats and don’t know how they react to leather, I opted to have a trial period with a cheaper sofa first. However, I will be coming back to purchase once I confirm my cats leave leather alone!”

“I went to the store on Monday morning to get the carpet. The staff was very nice and helpful. The cashier name Jessie gave me a hand to carry the carpet to my car. She was very nice and friendly. I will going back again. Very impressed.”
“What a beautiful little antique shop I ran across today. The Owners are extremely nice and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable about the antiques history. My husband bought me the silver tea set as a Valentine gift. I could have left with more but did not to get carried away because I pretty much loved everything.I also like that they had soups and beverages for sale in front of their store with a seating area to eat and enjoy the scenery. I plan to refer others. I will definitely be back!”

“I would say, too, that the store is great, but that the customer service could use some work. You can find anything you would want, for almost any type of craft! And when they do have sales, they have some great ones. However when I walked in, there were two staff members standing and talking to each other and facing the customers. Neither one of them bothered to speak to me. One did speak to the woman walking in behind me though. Not good.”
“We always love shopping here. You might come from one thing but you end up browsing the entire store because it is packed with so much interesting stuff. We managed to focus our trip to buy new seat cushions for our outside chairs (the squirrels ate the old ones). They had a great selection to choose from.”

If your looking for that sort of thing this is the place for you. It was also fairly well organized compared to other home goods I’ve visited.”

“I needed to have 2 levels of my home completely carpeted, so I went to Carpet Decor. I consulted with David. He was very helpful, bringing samples to my home when he came to measure, which very much helped me decide. The process was very smooth and in less than 2 weeks my carpet had arrived and installation was scheduled for the same week. A large crew arrived to install. They worked professionally and efficiently. Everything was completed to my satisfaction much more quickly than I expected. About a half hour after the crew left, David arrived to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. I like to patronize local small businesses. I was very happy that I hired Carpet Decor.”

And they were not exactly the same. Staff was professional. However they left some of the clothing alarms beeping the entire time we were there.”
