“What an incredible experience my wife and I had working with Fernando. We had been looking for several months for a kitchen table and hutch. We were in the midst of moving and he found a kitchen set that fit perfectly with our new house. The only question was if the hutch topper would work. Fernando said for us to see if it worked and if it didn't he would be willing to store the topper for us in their warehouse for as long as we needed. Who does that? That was truly amazing.We also found a couple pictues that we liked but couldn't make up our mind on how it would look. Fernando had his folks deliver the picture to our house so we could make the right decision. Again who does that? Joann's is on the right in that little strip mall next to UPS and Michael's, depending on your delivery time, line your trailer up to the front entrance of the store, see the receiver and they will start unloading the merchandise. 638 pieces, I was done in 2.5 hours. They offload your trailer by hand.”
