I needed to make sure I had wifi now that I am retiring and live in the country- land of no broadband. They took excellent care of me even putting wifi on my cellphone and making sure my jetpack is working properly. I am ready now ?

Not the worst but not the best customer service, just little hiccups on having the phone set up. Thank goodness for Amazon prime for a new phone case and screen protector. The store was limited on Motorola phones options. Everyone was patient and checked on us while we made sure the phone was properly set up before we left... read full comment
