“Favorite store for finding cool stuff such as anything macabre, Wicca related etc. Hot Topic offers a variety of merchandise for alot of different tastes but if your not into cool and more reserved not a store for that type of individual. It does trend to the younger crowd.But I think most will enjoy what the Hot Topics have to offer. Never leave empty handed from any Hot Topic and always encountered friendly and helpful staff.”

Suzanne really helped me not only pair clothes for my family of 6 for a photo shoot, and she helped me pair some nice clothes together for myself too. Paired clothes that never would have thought to. She brought me a bunch of bras to try on without me even having to ask and made sure I found the exact bra I wanted. “I really like the layout of the store. Always clean and bright, clothes perfectly displayed, good music. But the service is lacking. I went again this evening - didn't get greeted by anyone at all and when I walked by a worker who was hanging clothes on the floor, I happily said “good evening!” And she looked at me and kept folding clothes- no smile no hey. I almost purchased a few things but left just b/c the entire visit was SO awkward.UPDATE: I recently visited this location to exchange a pair of pants that I bought at Tysons and the saleswomen were great-they helped me find what I was looking for and a few other good deals. They were about to close but they were patient and courteous. I’d like to visit again.”

“So glad there's a store in Gainesville! I recently purchased two pair of leggings as I wanted to try them out. Never tried a pair on and just purchased blindly. The length was a little too long but I heard they alter the length for free. About a week later they were ready and the fit was much better! The staff both times was very friendly.”

“I liked the other reviewer that said the “best bang for your buck”, they were spot on :). It’s one of those stores that you never know what you might find.Their prices are the best. One example, I got a pair of velour Spyder joggers for $9.99. Crazy. Over the years, I’ve gotten some awesome items, at great prices, of course.They have name brand clothing, backpacks, luggage, shoes, etc. They seem to have almost everything but on a much smaller scale of a big box store.No matter what town I’m in, if there’s a Ross there, I check it out.I saw a bad review about the fitting rooms. Yeah, Ross could do better. How about leave the dressing rooms open at the front of store. I feel they shouldn’t be closed for cleaning during store hours, unless there was an accident or something. Having the dressing rooms open… I’m guessing lead to more sales :). But don’t feel it’s a reason to lower my star rating if there are issues with the dressing room, because I do love this store. Hoping they see the reviews and fix the issues. Customers want to try stuff on, it’s paramount when you want to buy clothes.All in all, I’m drawn to Ross and have to stop in when I’m in this shopping center.”

“Five stars for their prices. They really are discounted. I didn’t buy anything the day I stopped by recently, since I was short on time that day and had to be somewhere else. I arrived right after they opened and the store was neat and tidy. This store is a further from my house, I have a Ross closer. Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location.This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores. If you like a good bargain, I recommend checking out Ross. They have name brands and low prices.”
