“Favorite store for finding cool stuff such as anything macabre, Wicca related etc. Hot Topic offers a variety of merchandise for alot of different tastes but if your not into cool and more reserved not a store for that type of individual. It does trend to the younger crowd.But I think most will enjoy what the Hot Topics have to offer. Never leave empty handed from any Hot Topic and always encountered friendly and helpful staff.”

Suzanne really helped me not only pair clothes for my family of 6 for a photo shoot, and she helped me pair some nice clothes together for myself too. Paired clothes that never would have thought to. Answered every question and just really was extremely helpful. The other lady helped too! (Didn’t catch her name!) they were both so incredibly helpful! I will only shop here from now on knowing this is the incredible customer service I get! “So glad there's a store in Gainesville! I recently purchased two pair of leggings as I wanted to try them out. Never tried a pair on and just purchased blindly. The length was a little too long but I heard they alter the length for free. About a week later they were ready and the fit was much better! The staff both times was very friendly.”

If you had to ask for assistance they acted as if I was bothering them. But TODAY the 2 young ladies were very pleasant & helpful, that can make all the difference in wether I shop a store or not.”

“I enjoyed shopping here. Very neat and clean. Lots of urban wear and high quality t-shirts. Jeans are the latest styles. Not very many shoes to choose from, they have many of the same shoes just to take up space on the wall. Store associates never approached me to see if I had questions. They just mingled with each other.”

“I liked the other reviewer that said the “best bang for your buck”, they were spot on :). It’s one of those stores that you never know what you might find.Their prices are the best. One example, I got a pair of velour Spyder joggers for $9.99. Crazy. Over the years, I’ve gotten some awesome items, at great prices, of course.They have name brand clothing, backpacks, luggage, shoes, etc. They seem to have almost everything but on a much smaller scale of a big box store.No matter what town I’m in, if there’s a Ross there, I check it out.I saw a bad review about the fitting rooms. Yeah, Ross could do better. How about leave the dressing rooms open at the front of store. I feel they shouldn’t be closed for cleaning during store hours, unless there was an accident or something. Having the dressing rooms open… I’m guessing lead to more sales :). But don’t feel it’s a reason to lower my star rating if there are issues with the dressing room, because I do love this store. Hoping they see the reviews and fix the issues. Customers want to try stuff on, it’s paramount when you want to buy clothes.All in all, I’m drawn to Ross and have to stop in when I’m in this shopping center.”

“Five stars for their prices. They really are discounted. I didn’t buy anything the day I stopped by recently, since I was short on time that day and had to be somewhere else. I arrived right after they opened and the store was neat and tidy. This store is a further from my house, I have a Ross closer. Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location.This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores. If you like a good bargain, I recommend checking out Ross. They have name brands and low prices.”

“I shopped here on Black Friday 2023 for a new piece of large luggage for an upcoming trip. They had a very good selection of pieces to choose from. There were security locks (theft deterrent) on the zippers so you could not open the luggage to look inside (which I understood).After getting home and checking the luggage later that weekend, I noticed one of the inside zippers was off its track. I took it back the following Monday and was able to exchange it for another piece and checked it out before leaving the store to ensure all zippers were in tact.”
