“I normally don't do reviews but I needed to do this one as I have never received such great customer serviceI called Lazy Boy in Gainesville Va and spoke with Zachary Dowell about my husband's Lazyboy chair was having issues.Due to my husband's condition he using this chair everyday as it is his sanctuary.Zachery listened to me and then went up and beyond to resolve my issue.With help of his store manager Anthony Hill they both resolved my issue and even got the new chair delivered early.I can not say enough about the excellent customer service they both gave me that dayAnd if you are wonderingLazy Boy stands behind their product warranty if they can't fix it then they will replace itMinnie Hawl”

“On a list of must visit antique shops in Hunt Country my first recommendation is always Baileywyck. I've never visited the shop and not been greeted by the wonderful owner. She thoughtfully curates her shop with unique and one of a kind pieces from all over Europe (I'll never stop regretting missing out on buying an antique Paris Metro seat from the 20s!) and because her selection is so large she is always there to help you find the hidden treasure you're looking for. I find antique shops can feel out of reach or intimidating but Baileywyck has works of decorative art on display in what feels like the warmest possible setting. You can feel the love and care that goes into the store!”

“I went in for outdoor furniture and was not disappointed by the quality, beauty or selection. But the thing that set Offenbachers apart was the customer service. The folks who work here are not sales-y at all. Everyone I spoke with was low-key and no pressure. It just so happened I formed a connection with Nicole and was excited to work with her. (I went in randomly one day and liked Nicole so much I sought her out the following weekend when I returned. Couldn’t believe she remembered me by name!)The thing I loved about working with Nicole was that she was a happy consumer and true fan of the products. She was also incredibly friendly, personable and helped me navigate the buying/financing process with ease.I’m looking forward to receiving my furniture. Having spent a great deal of time lounging around on the floor models at the store, I have no doubt I’ll be thrilled.If you’re in the market for high-quality, comfortable and gorgeous outdoor furniture, go visit Nicole in Gainesville! “I don't understand the negative reviews, especially about the quality of furniture. Those reviews must be from people who have not shopped there. I have been in the store twice, bought a nice Rowe sofa the second visit. Both times the service people were outstanding. The salesperson who helped me with the sofa, Edward, had the patience of a saint as I am not the most decisive. They have a huge selection of beautiful furniture and amazing art as well. Is it cheap? No, but it's also not junk, I was hoping to find something that would last, and hopefully I did. I'm not a designer, but this store makes me think this is where a good designer who knows how to shop for bargains would visit.”

“I liked the other reviewer that said the “best bang for your buck”, they were spot on :). It’s one of those stores that you never know what you might find.Their prices are the best. One example, I got a pair of velour Spyder joggers for $9.99. Crazy. Over the years, I’ve gotten some awesome items, at great prices, of course.They have name brand clothing, backpacks, luggage, shoes, etc. They seem to have almost everything but on a much smaller scale of a big box store.No matter what town I’m in, if there’s a Ross there, I check it out.I saw a bad review about the fitting rooms. Yeah, Ross could do better. How about leave the dressing rooms open at the front of store. I feel they shouldn’t be closed for cleaning during store hours, unless there was an accident or something. Having the dressing rooms open… I’m guessing lead to more sales :). But don’t feel it’s a reason to lower my star rating if there are issues with the dressing room, because I do love this store. Hoping they see the reviews and fix the issues. Customers want to try stuff on, it’s paramount when you want to buy clothes.All in all, I’m drawn to Ross and have to stop in when I’m in this shopping center.”

“Five stars for their prices. They really are discounted. I didn’t buy anything the day I stopped by recently, since I was short on time that day and had to be somewhere else. I arrived right after they opened and the store was neat and tidy. This store is a further from my house, I have a Ross closer. Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location.This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores. If you like a good bargain, I recommend checking out Ross. They have name brands and low prices.”
