“The entire Jiffy Lube Team is amazing and have excellent customer service skills! I took my daughter’s car there to get the AC charged. However, when the technician attempted to pull the car forward to be serviced, it would no longer start.The staff checked the fluid levels and provided insight on how to fix my daughter’s vehicle.
The technicians also went above and beyond to help me to move the vehicle to a parking space that would be easily accessible for a tow truck to pick it up. I would definitely recommend their services to others.”

“Went in on a Saturday to get flex pipe on the exhaust repaired on daughters car. Unfortunately, they didn't have the correct size in stock. Customer service rep explained to me that if I leave it overnite he will have me in first thing Monday morning..He called me earlier than expected on Monday to say he has made repair. Price wasn't to awful bad to make repair either. Other than that good customer service, good repair.I will return if any future exhaust repair needs.”

“We brought our Traverse in because our rear A/C was not working. In the end it ended up being a module they had to order and then get it reprogramed. It seemed like the issue was something that isn't common and instead of giving up they went line by line and sounded like they called around to make sure they got the right part. During the time it was in the shop H & H would always call us with new developments and ask us what we would like to do and gave us their honest opinion. The price was very fair while the workmanship was beyond great. If you ever need any HVAC work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. I know its become our go to for HVAC work on our cars and we will be recommending it to anyone that asks.”

“My older truck needed a lot of work to pass inspection. Nimo, the manager and other employees kept me informed of what needed to be done. Repairs seem excellent, just picked up today. The tires, one thing that had a good sale are excellent. Very professional staff that seems to know what they are doing. The repairs were done in a very reasonable time. Their pricing seems to be in line with other repair companies. All items that were repaired where in very bad shape. The staff did not recommend any work that did not need to be fixed. I had a high bill but the truck had been idle mostly for several years. Only items that needed repairs to pass inspection where done. Thanks”

My only suggestion is to add a complimentary car wash to their service appointments as most of their maintenance packages are pretty pricey but understandable to keep their cars running at peak performance.”
