“My first repair experience with this dealership was very good. Twenty plus years ago I had a bad experience with a salesperson and swore off Tysinger for life. But now this location is the local dealer for my Genesis. I was impressed with their service to me and other customers on site and over the phone as I sat and listened in the office trailer.
There was an issue with my car’s AC when I got it back from the recall repair. They resolved it quickly but I feel that the issue should have been caught before returning the car. Thus the 4 rating but I was still pleasantly surprised overall.”

“We brought our Traverse in because our rear A/C was not working. In the end it ended up being a module they had to order and then get it reprogramed. It seemed like the issue was something that isn't common and instead of giving up they went line by line and sounded like they called around to make sure they got the right part. During the time it was in the shop H & H would always call us with new developments and ask us what we would like to do and gave us their honest opinion. The price was very fair while the workmanship was beyond great. If you ever need any HVAC work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. I know its become our go to for HVAC work on our cars and we will be recommending it to anyone that asks.”

Super friendly customer service is what I was met with at the door. The gentleman immediately went to the back room, came out with tools in hand and replaced the lug nut and I was out the door and under 10 minutes & it was completely free ! even torque down to the proper specs. Employee said- hey simple fix & had it laying around in the back, no need to charge you! just remember us next time you need something and then informed me of free flat repair if I ever got a nail.
