Took a bit longer than expected but was informed from outset that they are a first come, first serve business, so that issue is no fault of big Al's... otherwise, I am very pleased with the work done and will definitely use them in the future

Car repair is excellent. Customer service is top notch. I was having an issue with my car and the team their made sure I saw myself the work that needed to be done and why.I definitely would recommend anyone who wants to make sure sure the work is done well and right use this location.

These people stole my truck within 2 hours of dropping it off. They literally walked out of the front door with the keys, drove off with it and never returned it. Then had the audacity to tell me it wasn't their problem! Going to the news! Police have the videos. Meeting with corporate next week.
