“I stopped by the store today, and Andrea was amazing. She was busy but still took her time with every customer while still making it personable and fast. she took the time to offer and bring my old man a chair to sit in so he’d be evolved in the conversation. i went to upgrade which i hadn’t done in a long so i had a lot of questions which she took her time with . she let me know what was available and which would be the easiest to manage and how the process was gonna go (which was pretty easy) she also let me know about the new WIFI and free tablets i had available. Her customer service and attentiveness was. 10/10”

“I find it funny that I was looking for a Target near where I was and this one came up in GPS as Spotsylvania but the address here says it is Fredericksburg. I'm confused by it all. Nevertheless I found the place and made my way inside to grab a few home necessities instead of having to stop elsewhere.I came in and walked about a for a few minutes and ended up just looking around at nothing and everything at the same time. On top of the necessities I needed I took the chance to look around for birthday gifts as a majority of my nieces and nephew all have birthdays that fall around the same time.I happened to snag a good deal by doing this. I was in the electronics department and I picked up a Switch wireless controller. When I took it to the counter to pay I was informed that it just went on clearance today and I got it for way cheaper than the price tag stated. I wasn't going to be mad over that. Plus the guy working the electronics counter was pretty nice to talk to.Ended up leaving here with a few more items than I intended to buy, but I was able to check off some of those birthday gifts I needed to buy.”

She talked a bit about the weather and overall seemed happy to have a job and I noticed this type of interaction not just with me but all of her other customers. “I LOVED my experience here. I came in two months in a row. My screen crack and finally stopped working after months and brought it in and Oliver was so helpful. A day later my phone didn’t turn on and I freaked out and went back and Oliver helped me fixed the issue again and told me how to turn back on my phone which has been very helpful. A month later ….. my phone cracked again and Holly called me to let me know that they had to order the part so I left it with them and I thought it would take until early next week for it to be fixed but it was done two days earlier than expected. They offered me discount on the screen protector and the iPhone case due to the little wait I had. I will forever recommend them over ubreakifix. Thank you to Holly, Oliver, and Gabe for always making my experience great!”
