“I booked a 'personal style consultation' in the interest of finding new workwear and was warmly received by the manager Mark and the owner Victor. I had an idea of what I was looking for when I came in, but kept an open mind and was glad I did because I tried (and bought) things I may not have otherwise considered without their eye and guidance.
Victor was very perceptive and attuned to what I was responding to, which made for a very relaxed environment where I felt free to be conversational. He holds considerable experience in this field, which became immediately evident by the anecdotes and style philosophy he imparted.
I came in with budget parameters I knew might be limiting, but I never felt like the customer service experience was downscaled once I disclosed those; quite the opposite - they found solutions and helped me think through how to upscale my wardrobe without sacrificing quality.
Great suits, made with top shelf fabric, and clearly built to last. I definitely intend to return. Highly recommended.”

“My partner along with I have shopped here for a couple of years. It used to be cramped and crowded before COVID-19 struck. It used to have a lot of name brand merchandise, but this Hot Topic seems to take more requests on Indie artists, which is fine.The employees are nice people, my last visit was January 29th, and it seems like that's when I noticed the drastic difference in the store. Everything was more organized and less cramped than it used to be. My partner along with I joked about how I missed it being more crowded.My only problems were that whenever I called asking about my application or my interview, none of the employees bothered introducing themselves on the phone. I had called multiple times just to check when my interview was, and when I got there it got delayed by thirty minutes. The assistant manager was an enjoyable lady and I felt less nervous around her during the interview. My only issue is the manager had been out during the 29th of January on Maternity leave. I called every week except for the past two weeks of this month, assuming they've hired someone else already.”

“Walking around Old Town shopping and stopped in a few men's stores looking for a fedora. Finally one shop (who had them but had sold put) recommended Raul's. As we arrived on Sunday afternoon, Raul was present and even cleaning idewalk of leaves. Immediately I knew this was another owner operated and run shop that I love to support. Had such a collection of hats my wife had me try on many and once we decided, Raul even put some padding in to fit a large (vs a tight medium). Looks great, I already have received compliments. My wife even bought a beautiful tie and cufflinks. Great shop, great owner, years in business. We will return but even initial stop has been a great satisfaction.”

“Fantastic service and very practical designer menswear. I’ve purchased suits at this location on several occasions and the staff has always been exceptional. On today’s trip, Jacob helped me and was incredibly accommodating and helpful without being overbearing. I have somewhat of an awkward build and he helped me find both an off the rack suit and separates both fit exceptionally well. Efficient, friendly, and well-stocked location. Highly recommended if you’re looking for affordable designer clothing.”
